Okay now your just coping, try abc, cbs, cnn and NPr
Okay, now you're just dooming.

They're not screeching over the picture-- they're talking about the "disgruntled employee," and that's only because some people from the Army just came out today to speak on behalf of that person. If they're milking anything, it's that ONE person seemed upset that Trump was there. They're not even addressing the photo at this point.

The TV box might be mentioning this on Friday (a slow news day), but if you go online (where MOST people go these days, by the way), you hardly see any headlines about it.

There's nothing here to work with. This is going to get cycled out of the news almost immediately. The families of the fallen troops are going to come to Trump's defense because they literally invited him, and this "controversy" is going to get quietly memoryholed.

How is it dooming to point out yes it is covered in all major networks, I didn’t say people would believe it, or that it would effect the election in anyway or any such statement like that. I simply said yes it is being covered. I do not doubt it will cycled out of the news cycle very soon either., I was just saying that it’s more then Reddit and msnbc.

If I was dooming I would have said I worry it will effect trump or the election but I don’t believe that.

That being said, their only path out of this mess is narrative control. Texas is having all those illegals register to vote. Texas flips blue, and suddenly Trump can't win. "Well it's always those Californians who moved to Texas. They voted blue." Don't buy it. It's a lie. The people that left California aren't voting for the same garbage they left to get away from. Just like the immigrants who come to this country REFUSE to vote for Democrat Communists because they see the writing on the wall. They're going to use the California Exodus as the narrative to propaganda away a Kamala victory. Don't let them get away with it. Tell everyone you know.
Call me naive but expecting all those illegals to vote blue is dumb IMO. They aren't low IQ pajeets or muslims (at least not the majority of them) and they are literally asking them to vote for the kind of government akin to the ones they had to run away from. They are likely to be uneducated sure, but they aren't dumb.

Latinos don't hate whitey the same way pajeets, dumb blacks or muslims do and won't vote to screw everyone out of spite, even if they threathen them with gib removal or deportation.

why would the same person get 9 refunds?
Gonna assume with my poorly informed politics brain that the person in question made separate instances of donations, and had to get them refunded individually.

Aaaand also, very good early afternoon / morning, Kiwis. The weekend is already shaping up to be beautiful.

The sun is shining, the apartments are run by immigrant gangbangers, and there's so much fully capitalized JOY to be had.

Illegals don't vote. The Democrat activists who registered the illegals to vote are the ones who vote. Illegals can't be bothered and want to stay off the radar as much as possible.

A lot of immigrants do vote illegally, but they're more likely to be a dumb international student or H-1B worker who believes that being legally allowed in the country means that they're allowed to vote.

Look up La Raza. They're very racist, you just don't hear about it because you don't speak Spanish.

The whole illegals aliens and voting thing needs to be clarified as the kids of illegal aliens having a perverse incentive to vote for the part that benefits their parents the most, i.e. Democrats

I'm even more confident than before of a Trump 2024 victory now, as if being "even more confident than before" was somehow possible with respect to that possibility

If this were pre-2020 Election, I would exude that same confidence.

I didn't feel good about the 2020 Election at all when I voted, and while I don't feel that sense of doom now, I don't want to underestimate the ballot printers going brrrrrr either.

In a fair and honest election, Trump has this in the bag, but unfortunately that isn't a guarantee. The Trump campaign needs to focus on winning enough to combat the margin of errorfraud.

Apple came up with the iphone in 2008 and very shortly thereafter went to an Agile scrum methodology. They haven't come up with anything new or innovative ever since.
I was going to go muh iPad but it's close enough to 2008 not to matter.

They have done some innovative things but they haven't done anything market breaking like the iPad in a while. Apple vision pro was a good attempt though.

It's not illegals you have to worry about. Even if they do vote illegally, it's the larger population of gullible niggercattle who will fall for "Kamala JOY! Trump/Vance are WEIRD!" who will tip the scales.

Such is the populist's dilemma. The elites are evil, and the commoners you wish to champion are stupid.

How is Kamala under Trump on win percent but over on predicted EV's?
Thus was bugging me, too, but it's just the way that expected value works.

Here is a toy example. You play a game where you flip a biased penny and nickel, both of which have a 1/10 chance of heads. If the penny comes up heads, you get 1 point. If the nickel comes up heads, you get 100 points. You "win" the game if you get AT LEAST one point. In this scenario, you need to flip at least one heads to win, so your probability of winning is 1-(9/10)^2 = 19%. On the other hand, by the linearity of expectation, your expected number of points is (1/10)*1 + (1/10)*100 = 10.1.

In terms of the election, it probably means that in his model, Trump has multiple paths that put him just over 270 while Harris has (when weighted for probability) fewer paths to victory than he does. However, hers result in electoral vote totals that are much higher than 270.

I'm not even going to say "stupid," I'm going to say "conditioned."

The general populace has been manipulated and conditioned to vote and feel a certain way. We have ALL the powers that be (media, entertainment, corporations, etc) influencing the masses on where to stand on certain issues.

Alex Jones was 1000% correct in calling all of this an "information war." It totally is.

Apple came up with the iphone in 2008 and very shortly thereafter went to an Agile scrum methodology. They haven't come up with anything new or innovative ever since. It's seriously a death knell for rapid development, to the point where I sometimes wonder if it's some kind of psyop to slow down the pace of technological change.
That's not why, it's because Tim Cook is a terrible leader. He's a middle-managing bureaucrat who got everyone to think he was an operational genius but all he really did was outsourcing manufacturing to China. Google, Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, and most of the rest of the Fortune 500 are all run by the same types of incompetent people who can only function thanks to existing corporate structures. If you put any of them in charge of a single-location restaurant, they'd go out of business within a year. Good CEOs are always visionaries, but everyone who has such skills founds their own company, so if a founder dies/retires they only have losers to pick from (unless they've been grooming their kids since birth to take over).

you have to remember the polls are there to set the narrative

The MSM doesn't report the news, it creates the "news" to support and push the agenda. Believe it at your own risk.
Another thing to consider is that polls often favor Democrats more because they are more likely to respond to the cold-calls and texts from pollsters.

This is why the predictions of Hillary winning easily were such a bust, and why Biden's win* was so much closer than it should have been.

You shouldn't ignore them altogether. It doesn't mean all hope is lost. It means there's work to be done. Trump received a similar surge just after the RNC, then came back down.
