I honestly hate that I forget this part of his lore so often.
The multi-million dollar lawsuit against Dr. Joe Muscato definitely needs to hold him accountable for ruining Danielle's chances to tour as an opening act.

I've been watching this thread for a while, and I have yet to see a single example of this "stalking and harassing" that his father is doing. By all appearances, his dad has written off his failson and wants nothing more to do with him, and it is Dave who has repeatedly stalked his parents, accosted and tormented them at random locations, and stolen their money.
So, did I miss something? Has the evil Joe Muscato done anything whatsoever to Dave that could be considered stalking or harassment?
(Not giving Dave money doesn't count as harassment.)

I heard Dr Joe hacked into Dave’s appointment calendar, emails, and DMs. May have uploaded “cheese pizza” into Dave’s cloud. AND had his Steinway dropped off outside Dave’s apartment, so he could serenade the neighbors with selections from his one-man show about Dave tentatively titled What a Man, What a Man.

unfortunately recovery is probably not in the cards. I am officially, formally disabled from PTSD I developed because of my abusive childhood. I'm in therapy three times a week, but I can't work anymore after living with my father for two years, 2 years ago. He destroyed my mental health and he's not even close to finished. He is still stalking and harassing me to this very day. I'm literally living in hiding because of him. My address is hidden from public records by a judge because of his stalking. I can't wait until he's dead. I daydream about it. I can't wait for that feeling of relief, knowing that he will never be able to abuse or harass me or anyone else ever again. It will probably be the happiest day of my life, the day that I get the news from somebody that he's finally died

Edit: forgot to add but he has also suggested the therapy unit he went to with his family, the ones who sided with his parents (or more likely let him know that they thought their conflicts weren't one sided with Dave in the right).
