I doubt the video would be used at trial, as it has no relation to possessing drugs or not.I'm hoping he clarifies it enough in his reply such that the prosecutor cures the evidence problem before trial but doesn't affect the search warrant. It would be hilarious if he could have had it tossed at trial due to the higher evidentiary bar but tipped off the prosecutor to correct the error with his pre-trial Barnestardation.
It would be sweet justice if Barnes was not just wrong about the 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 8th amendments regarding the search warrant but that all his sperging actually cured real trial issues for the prosecution that would have led to acquittal.
I suspect what Nick's lawyer will do in the next few days is say the cop said he reviewed the video "that was taken off of" Nick's YouTube and Rumble. The lawyer will say "taken off of" means directly from and say this isn't possible, because it was set to hide. Essentially claiming the cop used evidence obtained by illicit means and lied to the court in the process.
