The state reviewed the copy. They said as much when they said the clip that Pomplun submitted was created from the larger video Pomplun viewed. That means Pomplun's original video has the watermark. It was possible though because Nick didn't private it until the middle of the next day. It was up for like 10-12 hours IIRC until Nick regained consciousness. Many people here downloaded the replay directly from Nick's YT channel during that time and the removal was documented in this thread in real time. The video is still up on Nick's Odysee channel too for whatever reason. That argument is disingenuous at best.
That makes Sean look like that Dragon's Treasure tea weirdo
Not really. If I download a full video using YoutubeDownloader.com or whatever it's not going to have a watermark. If I then use some boomer freeware demo video editing software to extract a clip from that full video the resulting clip is going to have a watermark. I've done this myself before discovering Handbrake. The state reviewed the copy. They said as much when they said the clip that Pomplun submitted was created from the larger video Pomplun viewed. Why is it afro Tim Pool talking to Nick?
Sean's probably ready to have a beer with a side of nice pork ribs or steak with you at a local bistro.Sean looks like he would take you for a nice meal. Nick looks like he would complains about the price of the complementary bread rolls.
Unless Kayla is measuring grams of flours for her famous banana muffins in the morning, they were weighing drugs, probably giving April her 3 grams to keep her happy, I don't think Nick was selling to the whole block but they probably weighed up what they were going to take with them and just to make sure they got the right amount after buying the drugs too. Don't rip off Lord Balldo or his ladies or you will be getting that shower text.Question for the former drug users and reformed drug dealers.
Is there any legit reason for a user to own a fine scale and baggies?
Because every time I read a report I feel like someone should be charged with intent to distribute here and only Nick and Kayla have that option with their charge.
The statute covers both possession for personal use and intent to distribute.
I have a few digital scales for quick-testing silver/gold coins and valuing scrap. Fakes are everywhere and they never weigh right. Use them all the time. Mini baggies too.Question for the former drug users and reformed drug dealers.

Why is the bag a quarter gram short, SEAN?!Don't rip off Lord Balldo or his ladies or you will be getting that shower text.
On the face of it with how much cocaine was in the household and the scales it wouldn't be a huge stretch of the imagination to say "he's dealing cocaine" many habitual cocaine users sell cocaine to help fund that lifestyle. The one reason why I think it was all for personal use vs sale/use is that Nick seems to have enough money for his habit already and would probably just prefer to do cocaine rather than spend time selling it for his re-up.Question for the former drug users and reformed drug dealers.

I had not thought about the pan and the possibility of home cooking crack. That would actually be a reasonable explanation for the scale. Also if they were cooking up crack in the metal pan they'd need the right amount of cocaine and baking soda and water and ice cubes to teeeewhack it correctly, too much or too little of one ingredient will fuck the whole thing up and it wont rock properly. I wouldn't doubt they were smoking crack too. They'd smoke it out of the metal or glass tubes they found with metal chore boy scrubbies for metal pans. Trust me bros, I know crack heads when I see them.
Not a "drug user" but I do make capsules for our supplements. I used to shoot with a dude that was a competitor, he used one to measure powder weight down to the grain. I have another that will measure weights down to the gram +2 decimal places. I used to portion food on that.Question for the former drug users and reformed drug dealers.

They're used in cooking a lot too, especially in Europe where ingredients for recipes are measured by weight (grams) instead of volume (tablespoons, cups). Far more consistent results that way. I imagine every kitchen in the UK has an inexpensive digital scale. Not a "drug user" but I do make capsules for our supplements. He's not known for cooking crack either. From the description of his gear Crackets had no clue how to cook up a batch. They're used in cooking a lot too, especially in Europe where ingredients for recipes are measured by weight (grams) instead of volume (tablespoons, cups). The Rekieta's aren't known for cooking meals though.

The state has bigger problems if the software they use for video evidence modifies it this way. (Hint: they don't).Not really. The most cooking Balldo does is opening the bag of Doritos for his daily chip. The Rekieta's aren't known for cooking meals though.
This is a small town police department not FBI's Quantico forensic crime lab. I would not be surprised in the least if the detective did a google search for "how to clip a video" and used the freeware from the first adsense link. I work with such departments for similar things and the extent of their knowledge is basically needing VLC or MPC-HD to open various video formats from cheap security camera footage provided to them by residents. Investigating famous Youtubers and evidence from their 4-hour livestreams isn't really a common thing for local cops. The state has bigger problems if the software they use for video evidence modifies it this way.
