A competent attorney could have done it in one or two paragraphs, by simply citing the relevant rule that omnibus hearings are not supposed to be filmed. That is the argument the judge ultimately relied on in denying the motion.

But he's got the Balldo brigade (including Dick's camp) frothing at the mouth over Kiwi Farms being this big congregation of pedos, and that was the point of including that.

Nick is being petty and trying to cling to anything and everything. Mentioning the pedo wasn’t virtue signaling to his crowd, it was him trying to hide behind his kids as a “just in case” motion.

There has never been a method to anything Nick has done. His past success was first the luck of being born in a rich family, then being the first to cover meme lawsuits, and then having the free time to cover two internationally massive trials.

His luck has run out and now we are seeing the real man. No method, no madness even. Just pathetic stupidity

I'm hormonal today, so this will be gay, but the state of Nick makes me sad. I don't feel sorry for him, I'm just sad. I wish he would just find it in him to stop the trainwreck, it's not too late, but so extremely unlikely that he will.

This is what happens when two very weak people marry each other. Kayla just fell apart and couldn't cope with being a mother and a wife - it must be hell to be married to someone like this, but perhaps a stronger man would be able to help her. But Nick's parents never taught him to be a strong man, they completely failed. And Nick just carried their failure on and instead of catching up on things he didn't know and life skills he didn't have, he just kept getting worse. Him and Kayla capable of producing kids, but not creating a family. And yeah, maybe they would have both turned this way even with much better partners, but they fact that they chose each other is such a fucking disaster.

They kept it together, yeah, but I'm not sure it was ever a strong and entirely healthy family - I'm sure kids were fed and clean, but it sounds like Kayla fell apart pretty quickly. The fact that they needed a full time nanny when the second one was born (with a stay home mother, why?). And then Kayla's own weeping on Nick's stream that she's a bad mother and a bad wife and Nick is so amazing because he can take care of a child who is sick in the middle of the night while she can't. I know we usually focus on Nick's retarded reaction to that, but I think she was telling the truth.
Don't get me wrong, Juju should get fucking death penalty for ever coming into this family's life, but it seems to me like the whole thing had been building up for years.

And Kayla wanting a romantic relationship with a Star Wars Star Trek game dude? I think that was even before Hedo 2, wasn't it?
