It's not letting me quote cardinals post, but I did mistakenly post this in the wrong thread, I had a bunch of tabs opened and my post was more aimed at the KC guys + Josh sticking on the topic for so long. But cardinal, no I do not wish to ever have any kind of communication with derich, I'm not defending the guy at all. You made an example with my neighbor analogy, but to go off that, if the whole neighborhood knows, why haven't the cops been called? I just thought expecting Phil of all people to deal with the guy isn't really dealing with the guy. I know taking action is against the rules here, im not asking anyone to do that, I'm just pointing out that having Phil ban the guy isn't protecting kids and it doesn't feel like anyone actually cares.
If part of Phil''s unironic viewer base is a gaggle of harmful retards, dedicating time and energy (I was basing the comment about money earlier on those who said he took his parents CC) to his boring ass streams instead of something else then I see it as better than not knowing what they're up to at all.

My approach to the neighbor analogy was that he was already prosecuted and the whole neighborhood knows what he did.
I also believe that anything Derich has posted would not be enough to prove he has broken a law(by US standards, I'm not sure about Canadian laws).
There is a good possibility that if Phil had banned Derich before all this, the same people who wanted Derich gone would have also blamed Phil for banning a mentally stunted member of his community. It truly was a no win situation for him.
For me it was way funnier watching Phil have to deal with Derich than him getting banned.

It's not illegal to post or view videos of children. There is no concrete evidence that Derich has actually broken any law. As far as we know, Derich is what pedophiles call a NOMAP, non-offending minor attracted person. A pedophile who hasn't actually assaulted a child or gotten involved in child pornography. They're pedos who watch children and get off to them but don't cross the legal line.

Being a pedophile doesn't always mean you are a criminal. There's no law saying you can't jerk it to Sesame Street or Dora the Explorer. It's morally reprehensible but not illegal.

I thought he was being trolled on twitter with spam replies but he actually reposts onlyfans porn every few hours and spam replies to himself on a bunch of accounts. His brain must be completely rotted away from porn at this point, he is a husk of a being.
