Only for as long as the trust money flows. He's already having to sell a house, this won't last forever with his penchant for attracting legal trouble. At that point I don't think 'guy who is a streamer making $10 a night' has any more pull than saying you were prom king 20 years ago.

2) Kayla has an amateur account on a porn site
3) Other messaging app
4) Swinger couple picture exchange

But Aaron has to prove that he was right to expect that she would not have an issue with him showing off that picture to another person, for example by providing evidence that it has happened in the past.

I am curious to find out what Aaron meant with "not getting the nude via Signal", because it could have a rather large impact on Kayla's image.

And it would make Nick seethe even more.
Seeing Nick seethe about this is actually the biggest plus of the entire episode.

It appears a HRO or Harrassment Restraining Order is like a gag order in Minnesota. HRO is what Aaron's FIRST ex-wife got on Aaron for saying mean words on STS even in code.

1. The fact ANY Lawyer allowed his client to consent to that HRO is absurd, Aaron needs a First Amendment Lawyer cuz guaranteed Junkie wants a gag order/HRO.

2. Entirely Violates First Amendment but who cares if Aaron fails to fight it yet again like he did with First Ex-wife.

3. Aaron has a talk show, so with restraint on his Free Speech and another similar restraint based on RP he will just become a punching bag for anything he says about anyone EVER always.

4. Aaron should crowd fund the lawsuit. I would Pay to see THIS trial and have all MENTIONED in the arrest warrant/PC warrant/whatever EXPLAIN why nudes were TEXTED to a GROUP of people? And WHY anyone thought by THAT ACT alone it was unreasonable or reasonable to believe "do not disseminate" further.

5. Waiting for GB to be charged with dissemination.

Aaron's issue here is that while his constitutional rights might be violated and the RP statue is overly broad, none of the people who usually challenge state laws as unconstitutional want to have their name on a felony charge for revenge porn.

I would also throw a 10er into a Steel Toe Defense Fund if it means he would take it all the way to the supreme court to challenge that RP statute. Even if it is just to see Barnes and Nick have an aneurysm live on stream trying to explain how THIS violation of constitutional rights is ok.

But this is the Nick thread and maybe we should go to THE AARON THREAD to discuss his legal troubles further.

Having Aaron get his lawsuit crowdfunded to humiliate Nick in open court would be AAA+++ Kino.

It finally came to me what Rackets reminds me of from my childhood.

He is basically a late 80's televangelist. The sex scandal, the drugs, the hubris...it's all there.

Granted, he is small potatoes compared to the money the televangelists were pulling in at their height. Some of those fuckers were opening amusement parks in the middle of nowhere. But there are other similarities. Like when one of them got his with tax fraud or getting pegged by a secretary on vhs, all the other televangelists would circle like sharks, trying to take their shots, hoping to collect the followers, only for themselves to get hit like weeks later by an FBI raid or something.

It lawtube but with even more religious granstanding and a lot more eyeliner (Tammy Faye RIP).
