I get figuring out his race would help with ID but the obsession over it on here is really autistic. Just figure out where the guy currently lives.
I do like the theories about how he gets his face like that. Maybe he takes all of his picture on an older phone leading to the blurry quality? Or he puts a bunch of filters onto his selfies to make it harder to see he's wearing prosthetics and makeup.

I know that basically every post I've made on this thread so far is recollecting data but I feel vindicated in doing so as every couple of pages we get derailed.

  • Yes, in all likelihood Alter isn't his last name probably just a stage name considering Altered Media Ltd. Stansfield also is unlikely to be his last name, there's a guy with that name that was discarded ages ago in this manhunt.
  • The two Stephanie Stansfield FB posts seem like the most complete account of David's life and they lay credence to him being 59, and thus he isn't David Alter. He couldn't possibly be born in 1971 and have a teenaged younger sister in 1974. If he is around 59 now that means he was in his mid 20s during his peak activity.
  • He is biracial and has vitiligo, consider the upper half of his face as his natural skin tone. He uses at least one mask either to conceal his identity or engage in his fetish.
  • The argument this is an ARG falls flat when you consider that he is nuking his digital footprint as people find him. He claims to be a musician or at least lyricist but that is the most neglected part of his archive. He likely has a public facing, regular account where he tries to be a legit songwriter.
  • He no longer lives in Doncaster and the Reddit sleuths have almost completely exhausted most connections there. The place he filmed at was doxed. The key part missing is an article in the Doncaster Star from the mid 2000s (most likely 2004) titled along the lines of 'Man dressed as a schoolgirl found to have done nothing wrong', proving he was known back then. These archives seem inaccessible unless you physically visit a library.
  • His peak activity in Doncaster was 2000-2005, a post by Stephanie Stansfield claims he won a court case in 2004 that very likely was mentioned in that article, he apparently frequented the job office around the same time.
  • It is possible he was talked about before but material is lost or just hidden somewhere considering he apparently has several nicknames.
  • Has been called 'Doncaster's Purple Aki', here I must emphasize that Purple Aki was also believed to just be an urban legend until he was arrested so the argument that David should've the same infamy based on what we know of him doesn't hold any water. He apparently wasn't even the only weirdo in Doncaster during the 90s.
  • The only identified school coat of arms is the King's School in Pontefract. Given the rabbit hole of other people with the same MO there's the real possibility that the footage of him we have seen isn't recent or at least he doesn't collect school uniforms.
  • The Beaconsfield and Mumsnet cases are other men.
  • He has been sending letters to newspapers in south London since the 1990s and apparently has lived in Milton Keynes since 1996. Most posts with locations through the late 2010s-early 2020s are linked to Brixton specifically. He seems to create characters for specific locations or roles.
  • He apparently doesn't get along with his sister and father.
  • His art style is probably trying to replicate that of other art pieces enjoyed by nonces and some received comments referencing known paedo dog whistles (the boy lover logo, the butterfly emoji, lover of all things).
  • Whether he likes asphyxiated kid corpses or is just obsessed with whiteness is still up in the air.
  • He likely is on assisted living in some shithole and has managed to get by simply by not being in character 24/7, like most degens do.

Only thing that really gives me pause is that I've seen it claimed the SSB9 is fairly short. Like 5'7" or shorter. But so much of the info is being parroted by redditors as absolute fact that it's hard to find the original source of those claims.

Anyone smarter or more autistic than me want to analyze his videos and estimate his height?

E: fuck it, here's my rough attempt. Please take it with a grain of salt. In the archive of his Instagram, approximately 51 seconds in, he's standing almost directly next to an interior doorway. Apparently the average door in the UK sits about 6'6" without the frame. David isn't that much shorter than the door... If he stood up straighter, maybe 6'2" or 3" with his heels, assuming average door height?

At 1:01, the same archived footage gives us a good look at his beloved miniboots. The heels aren't that high; similar pairs that I'm looking at online are about 2.5". So, unless the doors in his former house are smaller than average, we're looking at maybe 6'2" with heels, 5'11" without. That actually lines up more with the Usenet posts than the common reddit narrative of him being short.

Thoughts? Am I completely retarded at estimating these heights?

Why do you think he has vitiligo? His skin tone seems consistent, it's just a white powder makeup he uses on his face.

I think he gets the lips like that from his tongue, but the teeth look fake.

Someone in Reddit suggested he is using a Rubber Johnnies half mask. Some have protruding lips and other have protruding teeth. The teeth are totally fake, the mask isn't a slam dunk but he definitely did something to his face other than makeup. My initial theory was that he puffed his cheeks with cotton to try to look younger.

David's first posts on the truth_sticks_11 account had nothing to do with his fetish art and were impersonating a parent calling out other fake child accounts. He justifies that these accounts want to commit certain crimes, including cannibalism, by looking at their names in a schizo kind of way.
The youtubers covering this concluded that he was projecting and that these were all things that David wanted to do.
I haven't seen any explicit desire for cannibalism across any of his accounts unless I missed something.

Some interesting comments from the thread where Keeley first said he stalked her. He used to work at a place called ASDA.

It's safe to conclude that he hasn't been in Doncaster for a few years at this point. At least not wearing the getup to where anyone would notice him. I'm guessing the pictures he posted in the house are old then.

Does the UK have some kind of sex offender registry that one could put his name into and find out? I’m wondering if that could explain his absence in the mid-2000’s up to the late 2010’s.
