Shatna and Fake Munro are the only reason I visit lolcow. Always thought it was odd Shay didn't get more attention on KF, other cows like Luna have managed to have active threads on both sites. Maybe all her haters are female whereas KF is majority male users
At this point I think it’s because Shaynus’ lore is so deep it would be a huge chore to make a new OP that covers everything and even then it would be hard to convey to anyone who wasn’t familiar with the lolcowfarm threads and /shay/.
I'm a crossposter too, and I mostly agree. OPs do tend to be better here on average, however, depending on the cow, it can come off as someone with a political ax to grind against the cow and is butthurt they aren't in their groupthink, rather than actual cow behavior. There's a lot more cows here, so you're more likely to find one that's more entertaining in my experience. And LCF is just as bad at derailing, usually because they insist on following boring cows, so it will devolve into them infighting. There's also the retards with their own equivalent on both sites who think we give a fuck about what they think a female cow looks like. Here it's "Hurr I wouldn't fuck her/I would fuck her" (no one cares, retard) and there it's "Muh nasolabial folds/Muh pudgy body" from weirdo ana-chans. Looks aren't milk, retards.
Yeah this and all the infighting and tinfoiling about "You are definitely that same anon who disagreed with me in another thread!!!!" is the main reason I stopped using the site. I feel like the anonymity isn't a benefit for the site because it causes a lot of paranoia about "who am I talking to?" when you really should just treat everyone as anonymous. It also leads to troons like Blaine being able to shit it up by constantly ban evading. Plus the fact that they don't moderate all the infighting properly and leave up gore and cp for hours but will ban you within 10 seconds for saying something negative about non-white men is really ridiculous.
To be fair, the "you're the same anon" shit exists here, but in a different form. Since we have names, we have post history, and in some cases persona's to our accounts. So you get beta orbiters who will downvote you or pick fights all over different threads, simply for committing the sin of going against the groupthink (and large portions of KF are very prone to groupthink, though they like to pretend they are not). Since LCF is anon, they can only speculate and accuse. But yes, the shit moderation is the biggest problem. The autism could be curbed with better, and less biased, moderation.
