Concord - robots with pronouns

I know nothing about games that are not LoL or dota but I think this game could have been saved if they added cis female boobies.

The same year WWE buckled to feminist pressure and removed the "divas" name from their female league was the year that blizzard came out with overwatch and it was filled with boobies and it even had a character called "d.va" her lore said she was a titty StarCraft streamer, those characters are some of the most iconic and culturally significant video game characters of the last decade.

All I see on this game's trailer is some blue aliens, fat slobs, flat chested mid hoes with wonky misaligned eyes like cyraxx.

Mario Kart 8 cost $20 million to make and sold just shy of 70 million copies
Animal cross took 8 years to make and has sold 78 million copies.

Concord took 8 years to make and cost 200 million and sold 25,000 copies.

The future of the console industry isn't in high-end hardware, it's in optimised low-end and mid-ranged hardware. Sony will be out of the console game next gen.
If they had only charged $10,000 a copy it would have been in a position to eventually break even, maybe.

>Gundam evolution- 1 year, 56k peak, slowly died due to Bandai Namco's own incompetence
>Battleborn -2+ years, 12k peak. Died due to Overwatch overtaking it but it had its niche and loyal audience in the end
>Lawbreakers - 6 months, 7.4k players. Most notable for a streamer falling asleep while queuing up for a match and being unable to find one.
>Paladins - 60k, still going strong even if it's only about 4k players on steam (has the benefit of crossplay)
>Team fortress 2 - 54k right now*, still going on despite silent development support dropped
>Concord: 660 peak dead in 2 weeks and has a fucking Amazon show coming soon

They should've taken a lesson from Sega and Hyenas. At least the controller looks a little cool?

*This number has been under scrutiny due to potential bots that harvest items. The real numbers are around maybe 10k to 15k since it's a Tuesday Afternoon as i type this.

Earlier in the thread, I lamented how sad it was that the game looked so bland that no one was bothering to shit on it and no one was bothering to ardently defend it. I'm glad that against all odds, the game has managed to turn itself around and into a $200m in the hole disaster. After this Forspoken, Suicide Squad, and others, consumers should realize that goading companies into blowing hundreds of millions of dollars is a game more fun than any vidya they might get their hands on. Here's to many more financial disasters in the coming months.

I still do not understand why they wouldnt. For all the sex positive bullshit that gets pushed, tits and ass are too much?

Azur Lane, Overwatch, Genshin, Nikke, Fortnite, all these live service microtransaction hell games know where the money is, sex sells. If you want your game to be popular and not CoD, then you gotta target the audience with most extra cash, horny men.

Warframe, a game made by progressive Canadians that had a recent update where you do quests for a characters gay lover and whos community team is made up of tranny chasers, released a skin for Ember which is just a rule 34 fire atronach. It sold crazy amounts, I see it everywhere. Even they know what they need to do to get the bux.

This one makes me extra mad. The game was good, great even. It didn't rely on main character mobile suits at all, so you never knew what the next character reveal was going to be, and almost of the suits were fun to play as well. But Bamco just railed on the worst and most predatory monetization I've ever seen. Getting good free stuff was basically impossible, and you had no way to accumulate currency outside of the battlepass so you would also have to play and win dozens of games to have enough for anything. They also paywalled almost every skin that wasn't a simple pallette swap. If they weren't so fucking greedy, Gundam would have easily seen six figure daily playercounts today.
