Isn't he in the same situation as the Rekietas (and April) were in where he either gets out with nominal bail that he doesn't have to put up up front but with conditions, or he can put up the $75,000 and not have the conditions?

This very much depends on when that post is dated and if it is actually true.

If she said this before the swinging and drug use, posting of semi-nudes and then sending full nudes through messenger apps then I think there is an argument to be made here that her lifestyle and behavior changed, that she started having sex with other men, sharing nudes with them and then the story starts to sound a lot different.

It all depends on the timeline and what was actually shared with people, through what platforms etc.
Right now I do not believe anything Nick, Kayla and April claim and they have to prove that this is exactly what happened and that there are no nuances to this.

If what you say is proven to be accurate, then I agree and he is guilty of the misdemeanor. (I still do not see the harassment angle)

The restraining order would continue to apply until at least the next hearing no matter which path he chooses, but he may not be concerned about the standard bail conditions which apply in Minnesota.
