Claire Danes played a bipolar detective in the show Homeland and she really nailed this role (writers did an excellent job as well). They included the very same cycle of on/off-med manic behavior you're describing here and Danes' is on record talking about how researching manic episodes and the disorder itself and then playing that role gave her incredible perspective on the challenges people face having it (though admitted she could never really fully understand what it was like). She won a few awards on account of the show, and the show is actually pretty good on its own merits.

It sounds like those people were kind to him and he took that kindness to become a decades-long obsession. The women were both Black so there are some references to loving Black women and a handful of references about not liking white women.
  • Hale was experiencing significant gender dysphoria, and that played a major role in his anger and suicidal depression. There were many references to being in the wrong body and a three-page explicit sexual fantasy about an imaginary penis. Hale seemed to connect his suicide (the shooting was primarily considered a suicide rather than a homicide) to the death of his female body.
  • Hale seemed to still believe in God and heaven (and that he would go to heaven after he died) but not religion. He is critical of Christianity as it connects to his parents’ conservative beliefs and refusal to support his trans identity.
  • There are a handful of posts about politics, specifically in reference to being pro-guns and pro-LGBT+/trans rights, and hating politicians who are against those rights.
  • There are several posts about hating his father and about hating that his parents don’t support him being trans.
  • There are a handful of references to Columbine/Eric and Dylan.
  • The shooting is discussed repeatedly, but there aren’t any details about planning it beyond the date. Hale seems to have considered the shooting for several years but wasn’t able to go through with it until March 2023.
  • There are mentions of the shooter’s autism and creativity and uniqueness and frustration about people failing to acknowledge or appreciate those things.
  • The shooter seems to have been scammed or not be given payment for freelance art commissions on multiple occasions. There are several posts complaining about scammers.
  • EDIT: Forgot to mention that every entry is signed “Aiden.” There was also a post about how he hates being misgendered and about how he appreciated a store employee using the correct terms for him.
The main takeaways, imo, are that the shooter is experiencing anger and suicidal depression connected to his severe gender dysphoria. He writes repeatedly about wanting to die and looks forward to committing the shooting. He also writes repeatedly about his obsessive love towards two former basketball teammates, one of whom was killed in a crash several years ago.

I’d call this a diary. It is not a manifesto as far as our current understanding of ideological manifestos - there is not a specific motive for committing the shooting or any sort of call-to-arms. The shooting was primarily a suicide connected to gender dysphoria and significant anger and depression.

Any arguments about it being ideological or targeted are not backed by the contents of the writings. Anyone claiming that went in with a conclusion - that it was ideological or a hate crime - and tried to find evidence backing that conclusion.

My hope is that society, over the next decade or two, recognize the harm in massively publicizing these events and laws are passed to erase their names from history.

I realize there's a slippery slope there, but I honestly have no idea what else can be done to stop these fucking retards from immortalizing themselves at the expense of others.

Their argument is that living troons will see the behavior of referring to Hale's birth sex as that acceptance of someone's self-identification is conditional of the person with identity issues being a good person. They don't like that "respecting pronouns" is a game of pattycake that the public only does to be polite to the living and the virtuous. They desperately want to change that sentiment and they will 100% fail every time, because trying to capitalize on a national tragedy to push on minute details of troon handling will always come off as being sympathetic to the murderer.

We all have to pick our hills to die on, they picked a really unstable one. It's simpler to let us spit on Hale's grave and be thankful that we're not spitting in the face of a living tranny, yet.

The thing that irritates me the most is how they just completely ignore the innocent children she butchered, and the adults who died trying to protect them, what disgusts sane people about this shit doesn't even register with the Troon, they just care the freak was "misgendered".
