Damn. I'm only familiar with BAP and that circle on a superficial level, simply coming across him by proxy of proxy on Twitter; there's so much that could be unpacked from the shit on there, yet by the same token, so much from those circles that would have to be properly organized into a comprehensive thread.

Been a few months since you asked your question, but my opinion on this is that Nietzsche is essentially a post-modernist. He is aware of the fickle nature of 'selfhood' and the nature of concepts. Foucault and Nick Land, a BAP adjacent (@outsideness on Twitter) ex-academic, take Nietzsche to his natural conclusions. Many of Nietzsche’s ‘beliefs’ are more hypotheticals (the eternal recurrence) than they are believed in. It is what they do for the present moment that gives it worth.
Nietzsche's metaphysics are Schopenhauer's metaphysics, and Nietzsche’s philosophy take the latter’s depressive state when a person finally gives way to those feelings, usually in old age and nearing death. This was recognised as far back in 1933 by Nathanael West (Weinstein) in his novel Miss Lonelyhearts. I won’t bore you with a long quote (it is in the chapter ‘Miss Lonelyhearts in The Dismal Swamp’), but Shrike’s speech about who Miss Lonelyhearts- a name that is itself a mask of a real identity- can be reflects this. He can choose, Shrike assures, to be a pleasure seeking bohemian, a religious mystic, a barbarian, or an adventurer, but the one role he can never play is a sincere believer. He is far too, I hate the word, modern to believe in something genuinely. Was this not also what Mishima did throughout his career? Taking on new roles, writer, actor, political radical, whenever it suited him? Mishima idolised Nietzsche and was disappointed when he could not find a Japanese tradition that suited his worldview. Novels like Confessions of a Mask and Life for Sale can only be understood with this in mind.
Related to this, pagan larping is not genuine religious belief. It lacks any theology, and its adherents live in the double bind of believing something that is clearly not true, whilst never taking it seriously for it to matter. It is a want for enthusiasm that drives obsessions with Greek gods and naked statues. Paganism has, however, the same superficiality that they perceive in all religions, and if all religions are superficial, then all theology is bung, and so religions are finally equal. Thinking that, you may as well believe in what you like.
Peterson, I recall, celebrates Nietzsche in his book after 12 Rules. Allan Bloom, the Peterson of 1990s, and a far sharper mind, regarded Nietzsche and much of the egoist philosophy of Germany as a major cause for 'the closing of the American mind'. It was that emphasis on the mind as supreme, the world being only a representation of an individual, that Bloom, a committed Platonist, could not abide. There would only be opinion, no absolutes laws, or ideas. Societal values become the individual choices of enlightened being. In a sense, Nietzsche and Schopenhauer have the most individualistic philosophy because metaphysics centres inside the individual. What that means for ethics and values is obvious: there is none, at least none on a wider scale. Schopenhauer was an idealist and Nietzsche was debatably, but the latter had no love for Platonic idealism. After all Western Christianity arrived and thrived through communion with Plato’s ideas: "Christianity is Platonism for the masses," said Nietzsche and he was right. Schopenhauer would have been disgusted at Nietzsche’s conclusions, but Schopenhauer’s ethics easily congeal to relativism when one accepts the premises of the first section of The World as Will and Representation.
For Bloom, Nietzsche went outside history and tradition. Liberated from the past, picking and choosing what suits our tastes, and discarding what we dislike, that is the Nietzschean. To paraphrase TS Eliot, this mentality made us all messiahs, but only for one generation. Those who come after us, as isolated from history as we are, will relive this cycle until the end of time.
Why certain Jews gravitate to Nietzsche is this post-modern dysphoria. Its nomadic and personal philosophy is unfit for society. It rejects most necessary communal emotions and venerates the artist. That would appeal to any vagabond or wandering outsider. That, and a rejection of Western tradition is a rejection of Christianity, far more accommodating for a Jew than any long lasting tradition.
There are other factors. Nietzsche is a great writer, and many German Jews will have read him in the original. It is a struggle to disagree with someone who is witty; one does not wish to be left out. Nietzsche occasionally champions Jews and he is so multi-faceted that anyone can claim him for his own.
Human, All Too Human
The wider conclusions of statements like this, which litter his work, are obvious. Society has yet to comprehend the full nature of Rousseau, never mind Nietzsche. We really have not moved on from 19th century existentialism or Romanticism.

When I had an an account on the Amarna forum I used to joke that the Ubermenschen would overcome gravity and be able to literally fly. After all there are no “laws” just will, why not jump from a mountain?

Part of the issue here, is all these people are anons. You can't really gossip about online pfps the way you can real life individuals.
