Patrick Sean Tomlinson / @stealthygeek / "Torque Wheeler" / @RealAutomanic / Kempesh / Padawan v2.5 - "Conservative" sci-fi author with TDS, armed "drunk with anger management issues" and terminated parental rights, actual tough guy, obese, paid Quasi, paid thousands to be repeatedly unbanned from Twitter

This is actually an interesting read, they're taking the cases he was citing (one of which involved a black guy who was called nigger by the cops) and throwing them back in his face.

The judge made it clear from the start he doesn't want to waste time so a fast decision wouldn't shock me.

The swatting affidavit police had attached to their motion to dismiss is over 200 pages
On what basis is this affidavit exempt from disclosure? This seems like the very definition of a public record.

I mean. . .unless there's an ongoing investigation, that might be an exception. But is it an investigation into the swatters, or into Rick himself?

I'm not particularly inspired by the prose here, but the whole document is pretty much "nigga plz."

It does the job.

Also, Lmao:
fucking lol that is the closest they've come so far to citing rick's behavior as a reason to toss this shit. screaming at cops through a ring camera is funny as hell.
Why do you think so?
lolcows get a mysterious buff to judges humoring their bullshit. I don't think rick has a case to win but I think a credulous judge might allow him the day in court.

It seems the 200 pages is Exhibit A ? They've asked for it to be sealed

So, anyone more knowledgeable on the law than I am is free to correct me, but as a legal layman, this seems to be Patrick asking for money by alleging the cops didn't do their jobs, not for doing anything actually wrong, but for not giving him special treatment, and the cop response is "we have a requirement to follow existing procedures, and there is no such requirement to give anyone special treatment", with "by the way, we DID give him all the special treatment we could within the bounds of our duties" in their back pocket if this goes past summary dismissal. Is that an accurate summary?

and the cop response is
1. We did nothing wrong.
2. In the event we did something wrong we had probable cause/exigent circumstances and so it was not illegal
3. In the event that we did not have above, this is not a settled issue, and therefore we have immunity.

That's their three-prong defense

you guys think at least a few of those cops know Pat as their village idiot and love getting the calls?

i can imagine them playing rock paper scissors to see who gets to go. maybe they have little bets on who can get the swine to oink the loudest with the politest cop-talk. think about them huddled around an old LCD screen reviewing that nights bodycam footage, drinking coffee, having snacks

maybe that's just what i'd do

I agree, but the Police said, and I am not joking, that disclosing those documents would let the public to find out the truth, and that is NOT GOOD

I actually agree with this. Whoever called the cops to Pat's house is potentially still out there and giving them more information about police procedure in cases like this could help them abuse emergency calls more effectively. And in general, it's a good look for the cops to make an effort to protect Rick while he's actively suing them.

They, by their own admission, censored sensitive information. It should therefore be public. The Public has a right to know whether or not they are funding over 50 kill attempts on a fat retard.

Fatty Patty getting his TRO request written by a DV nonprofit reminds me of when he fatly elbowed his way into that podcast for women that have been stalked. Sometimes it blows my mind that he is a real person.
I wonder how old porklinson's dad was im guessing he was old or had genetic problems. I am certain that his mother was taking some weird medication while pregnant otherwise a person cant be as retarded as this pig.

Both Rikki and Nikki are into things. But Rikki has mentioned that Safe is not his speed.

About the sealed documents: The Public needs to know, and has a right to know, yes, but not always the need to know right now. Holding back on this information for now is acceptable if circumstances call for it, but it is not acceptable if the city wants it to be permanent. Once the matter is settled the city needs to unseal/release the information.

I wonder if the FBI has put in a word to the city attorneys, given that this case involves Torswats and possibly other things the Jackboots are getting up to, and told them to keep certain secrets. We know the jackboots hate telling anyone anything. Lying, hiding or destroying evidence, they do it all.

Simply come visit central Wisconsin for a few days, and it will all start to make sense.
Has anyone ever talked Pat out of revealing the age when he took his first beer? And I don't mean a sip, I mean a beer. Back then, it wasn't too unusual for that number to just barely break into double digits.

Given Rick’s intelligence I’m pretty damn sure the umbilical cord was delivering straight vodka.
