All of these countries have had to effectively cede large parts of their sovereignty to the US since the end of World War 2 and hadn't been designated as economic PVP/looting zones unlike what happened to Russia after the collapse of the USSR.
As you will notice, ever since the end of communism the need to mollycoddle the masses has disappeared and pretty much every single of these countries has been subject to policies that benefit smaller and smaller circles of people while standards of living for the mass of people slowly deteriorate.
