Even if you accept that argument, Melton lost the right to claim the "Vito Defense" of "They're only edgy jokes!" when he made the vile so-called 'edgy jokes" in relation actual specific individual children who he named, whose names he states all the time on his streams, whose photos he has shown uncensored in his stream and even in a thumbnail of his stream, whose names have appeared in his video descriptions, etc.

Again, what's the reason for putting the full name of a child in a stream like that? The only reason I can think of is that Melton is hoping that the child or their friends search their name and find the vile things that he is saying about them.

There is absolutely no logical nexus between the two paragraphs... what "chortling" at such stipulations - to determine if fat Melton is a pedophile - has to do with a random member being a pedophile exposed in the forum as such? Nobody argued about him not being a convicted sex offender but him, he was just not banned at a time because he didn´t break any forum rules and it was a fucking random user.
