WWE Champions General - Despite his claims, DSP is still spending thousands of dollars on the WWE Champions mobile game

There is plenty of evidence that Phil never sold his account. It's dumb to even give him the benefit of the doubt. Who cares what phone he has. Who cares when he claimed to have sold it. He never sold it. He continues to play this account every day.

He got Scopely to give him an impossible name change. Not just once but twice. He obviously has contacts with the company and they are 100% aware of who he his and how much money he makes them. Scopely would immediately know if Phil sold his account and the buyer wanted to change all the login information.

He spent tens of thousands on this game. He let mobile game addiction ruin his life. He's going to lie about how bad it is because that's what addicts do. They lie. They minimize their addiction.

It would be sad if it weren't so god-damned funny. All those wrestler Cameos telling him how much of a loser he is for spending all his money on Champions. It was all true. That had to hit him down inside at least a little.

Scopely is also provably 100% aware of him because the Scopely xitter account fills up with DSP meme replies anytime WWE champions is mentioned and the WWE champions game xitter account itself blocked everyone who was making DSP meme replies to their tweets.

I wonder if that happened before or after the name changes now that I think of it...

Isn't it against TOS to sell one's account? It goes without saying that he still has the account, but it would be interesting to see what Scopley thinks of one of their "most famous" users coming out and saying he sold the account. I'm no snitch but it would have been really nice to see the pig sweat in the pen a bit...

The account would have been banned within a week if it were sold.

Logging in from a different device and a different location is a red flag. Brand new payment method being used, another red flag. Also, the login streak probably would have broken.

He did not sell the account.

At this point, I have lost my patience with him. Not even going to entertain the gish gallop spirit bomb he unleashed because he got ultimately cornered.

He has lied so much about every little thing that he isn't even human anymore. He needs to just get told to go fuck himself more often. Deserves to be shit on for the rest of time for admitting to being a lying piece of shit for years.

It's all so tiresome. Phil closed the chapter then immediately had to keep adding onto it.

If you can buy an account with everything for pennies on the dollar, why would you pay insane amounts of money regularly from Scopely? It's not about fairness, it's about the bottom line.

I could see Scopely letting an extreme whale like Phil get away with it, though.

But, let's be real, Phil did not sell the account.

The game works by constant power creep, with the user needing to spend more and more money. Buying an account doesn't help you long term.
In reality Scopely does not care if you sell an account if they continue to receive tens of thousands of dollars from said account.

I am not sure about this gacha but the main reason people buy accounts who start late is because of previous collab characters which won’t be rereleased.

scopely clearly using every predatory psychological manipulation tactic known to mankind but these are basically FOMO and sunken cost fallacy we are currently talking about.
thinking that they would be fine with letting whales off the hook by offering them a way to recoup some of their investment doesn't make sense from their perspective. effectively they'd be losing out on more than 100% of their potential income.
at least with how i see it if we are considering "whale"-esque spenders.
