I don't think it's a glitch but rather a remnant of a high trust society, you'd put your paycheck in but if you need an amount from that you could draw it out there and be charged when the check goes through. Pair that with a group that would cheat at first opportunity however and you get this.

I'll be the first one to admit Kiwi Farms suffers from confirmation bias. Dealing with the absolute scum of the earth, with the worst of the worst from any given group, does that to people.

That being said, blacks don't do themselves any favors, and everyone else knows it. The reason people don't take more action is due to the protected status of blacks: so much as raise your voice at them, and you'll be pilloried as a racist.
