I always figured the weight gain was not just for attention and money but was some kind of deviant fetish faggot shit that I don't understand. Regardless Nikocado was never the common fatass who gets that way due to lacking discipline, his binge eating was planned out and deliberate, but probably not something he had any intrinsic desire to engage in off-camera or in private. If he's still going to do mukbang binges without getting fat again he probably compulsively exercises to compensate post-binge, or else must be doing the binge/starve thing regardless. Arguably it's "disordered eating" but if he maintains control over himself it's still probably healthier than just being fat tbh.

More food for thought, compounded Ozempic first started being allowed in the US earlier last year. It's pretty much the same thing, but could cost like $200-$400 a month rather than close to $2k.

The average extreme fatass doesn't lose that much weight on Ozempic if they're letting the drug do all the work. Its appetite suppressant effect is a valuable tool for someone who takes weight loss seriously, it makes it a hell of a lot easier to stick to a decent diet. Those people can and do lose a shitload of weight. But like many other drugs, people's bodies do adapt and it's possible to eat through it easily enough, so most of the time actual deathfats might lose 20 lbs or so max from the periods of nausea they have upon first starting it or when their dose is increased, but no more than that. And even the sketchiest "medispa" doctor will only increase someone's dose so high. I guess you could just double doctor to overdose yourself on GLP-1s with multiple prescriptions, but for most people that quickly becomes cost prohibitive.

Anyway, Nik is a trainwreck and attention-seeking pervert but I've always said he's no retard. He easily would've been able to figure out how to get his hands on cheap, illegally sourced bootleg Chinese semaglutide or tirzepatide in obscene quantities so he could overdose himself if he wanted to, essentially giving himself instant anorexia, and just taking a break when he wants to film a binge.
