To those who discuss if this was prerecorded when he was still thin, nope.
He did get a teeth realignment, his left lateral incisor was slightly stuck behind his cental incisor, which is the most obvious. They also look a bit straighter overall, fairly subtle but it‘s visible.
He probably also got veneers.

I think if Nick had a shirt that fit better, he wouldn't look so bad in the video.
As someone who had done their own weight loss, having more form-fitting attire will help.
Seriously, if you can do one thing, learn to tailor your sleeves because so many mass-produced shirts have sleeves that are like wind socks.

Did no one notice all the videos being old? Were there no leaks or rumors of how he currently looks? I believe it but its surprising if he managed to do it in total secret.
As someone that doesn't even follow him I've heard a few times that he is capable of losing the weight unlike other fatties and people expected him to lose it all one day. It makes me think it was an open secret.
