Marian Anderson died in the early 200os from a heroin overdose and Kjel's parents adopted the child from that brief marriage. When they broke up, Kjel enlisted in the military and Marian couldn't cope so his parents had custody of the little girl even before Marian died.

Kjel's relationship with his second wife produced his son, who does indeed have severe disabilities and is unsupported by Kjel, or at least appears to be. I am still running to ground various legal issues surrounding Greta/Kjel but I feel safe saying that being a scamming piece of shit has dogged Greta since she was young man. People are very expendable to Greta, even her own children, and Nina hopefully understands that if Greta tires of her before her citizenship is settled, she could find herself back in India without recourse or intervention from her paramour.

Holy shit. She had made a big deal in the past about being a single mom and being a caretaker to a disabled child, but she won't even pay CHILD SUPPORT or VISIT THEIR KIDS??? She needs to burn in the fires of righteous indignation. Can his ex place a lien on her company or income? Also, does her ex live in Stanislaus County? I remember a lawsuit against her "band" and her in Stanislaus County. They are pretty tough there on Deadbeat Dads.
