They have based the last eight years about not being Trump, and if they aren't going against Trump in the election they are no longer the lesser of two evils but just evil. I just don't see how 3 parties can exist to any degree in this polarized loony bin country. If GOP splits into non-MAGA vs MAGA 'conservative' parties then neither would have the combined power to fight off a Democrat party at all. Same if the dems split into say, Green vs Woke or something vs a GOP. I don't even see how you could have 3 parties that are all different like a left/moderate/right split.

It is possible something like that could happen that would lead to a 3 way west coast, midwest-south, northeast areas being separated countries entirely before long.

there's very little they can do now, as the problems with the party is systemic and the Republicans are pulling in a lot of young blood. The Democrat party will just increasingly lose seats until it's obvous that they only ones they have left are due to blatant fraud.

I don't know if it had pork, but I believe someone recently posted about the bill in this thread and pointed out how some of the provisions would have made the situation worse in the long-term. It's been speculated that's what led to Trump encouraging the Republicans to put the kibosh on the bill.

I imagine the dems will look like the reps did after obamar got elected in 2008. You had the multiple divisions like neocons, teaparty(lol), centrists and the like, then obama won and the party seemed to fall apart and restucture.
