Seriously though a trend I see a lot is “Oh the Democrats are smarter than you think.” But that’s wrong. See this article from The Hill:
Most of all it feels like they spent more than half their time talk shit & mocking JD Vance. And JD Vance is the presidential figure I identify most with, he’s young enough to be my brother. We’re both white guys who grew up as the internet developed. My point is if Harris’s campaign was trying to attract white males who are more politically neutral than me they fucked up because they made Vance feel more like the common white guy.
They made a huge deal that Vance was awkward in a donut shop. I’ve been awkward in a donut shop too. Not being the most slick politician makes Vance feel more like a normal dude.

Though there apparently are better choices. British Virgin Islands only has 1 request made by the gov (though given that Surfshark complied, it means it has 100% compliance rate there.
Barbados has 4 requests and 25% compliance rate. French Southern Territories has 1 request and zero percent compliance rate compared to mainland Frances 69.1%. Mauritius has 4 requests and zero compliance rate. There, of course, are more examples.

I'm fairly certain the communists tried the whole apartment complex thing and it didn't work out for them. To be fair the communists couldn't even get farming right without starving 50 million people+ in the process either. If I have to bribe the local government and it still takes a 6-12 month+ time to get all the permits and approval I need, to get a argubly shit IRR that only pays for itself after 6-12 years+ depending on my occupancy rates, why would I do that when I can just buy a existing rundown shithole property and jack the rent up? Mind you, it's not like we are going to return to no toilets and no showers in the houses, because there is a consumer demand for housing that has modern features....letting the free market do it's thing isn't going to revert standards greatly if at all.
Even my immigrant mother is voting for Trump, she probably has a better understanding of american history than all these idoit college students voting demtard. Left communism because it was shit and doesn't want to see america become a authoritarian tolaterian regime. The difference is she had to fucking work for a right to be here, didn't complain about shit, never got a free handout, and did it all legally. The average young dem voter is definintely not a student of history, much less american history, or they would not be liberals in the modern sense. The British Virgin Islands are tiny though. Just look at Epstein Island, which is one of the US Virgin Islands. (In the same place basically, The Virgin Islands are quite a small group of islands. About 250 square miles for the whole group including the sea.)

Express VPN also has a good "non-compliance" reputation which draws people in. They also get shilled by THE black jew, which certainly helps.
I personally use Mullvad.
