The fact is these people take up the same space in the medical system as legit patients who didn't choose to be there. They use resources and time they do not need to. Many hospital systems are already overwhelmed in a lot of areas. To think these people could possibly only ever effect themselves is retarded. In reality, there are few things we do which doesn't in some way effect others. It's just there are things we considered to be positive or neutral. The negative impacts should be mitigated for obvious reasons, it's just that not everyone always agrees on what they are.

Realistically, if I look past things I found deplorable in people I met, a shit ton of troons and mentally ill in general have bright, talented, creative minds and arguably a shit ton of either cool or useful skills, that inevitably either end up being wasted potentials, or people just degrade over time, never putting any of this to use. Neither for hypothetical greater good, nor even for people around them.

To think more about it, it kind of aligns perfectly with what you said too. A relatively huge demographic (that is also more often than not possessing creative mind and skills, aka the "gay or mad artist, scientist, whatever else" stereotype) of "acceptable scapegoats" is getting experimented on, milked for money, and left to die only to be replaced by third world retards who don't know any better (realistically, there are great people everywhere, but I don't think it's a coincidence that it's always some sketchy fuckers who immigrate) and won't demand better job environment. Perfect machine for profiting, from literally every side. Happy, stable, smart, strong people are hard to profit off. Let's fucking destroy it all, big money is on the stake.
