The American legal system is pretty bad in it's own way, but at least he would've gotten some consequence if enough people caught on and complained.

A point of interest I want to bring attention to is that, whether this guy is mentally ill or mentally disabled, he had to somehow get his hands on a uncensored (or at least less strict) AI image generator that would allow him to create those pics of children in sexual positions. Given his age and the way he edits together his god awful Instagram posts, it brings into question how capable is he in setting up a local AI image generator? Even if it's the simple task of "just install it and it's good to go" (which correct me if I'm wrong is still not quite as simple right now), he still would have to have quite a beefy PC in order to output his AI CP; and he doesn't strike me as a wealthy fella.
Unless there are more unrestricted sites out there for ImgGen uses like this, I'm left to question how smart he really is given his age and antics?

The one AI I know you can install on your PC locally right now with no restrictions and lots of models and things to choose from is Stable Diffusion. There are clear instructions for how to install it on normie sites like youtube, but it's not exactly something your parents could probably do without a lot of trial and error. Involves installing python, git, etc.

Even using SD to try and get the results you actually want, especially with weird specific things like miniboots and clown makeup, is also something you'd need to install additional models and "sub-models" called LoRA's in order to achieve consistently.

I can't imagine any site that allows you to use SD or AI generation stuff on it remotely would allow anyone to generate images like this for very long as they almost always have a strict "nothing close to CP" type policy. Many sites do not even allow anything as close as fully clothed anime kids to be generated if there's even anything remotely sexual about it.

I really doubt this guy will ever change; since he's been publicly outed, I'm positive he'll create another account and start taking on a new child identity.
