From what I heard, the town pedos in the 70s and 80s (and into the 90s in some chickenshit areas) would have somewhat normal interactions with normal kids. Then they’d kind of scope out which kids were vulnerable. They’d figure out if a kid came from a broken home, had a learning disability/mental illness, workaholic parents, gay tendencies, addiction, etc. Then they’d groom and abuse those kids, while maintaining ties with the normal kids as cover.
