Russian Special Military Operation in the Ukraine - Mark IV: The Partitioning of Discussion

And hopefully the way we’ll deal with it is by saying “no thanks” and sending back any westerner who tries.
Tough titties that illegal immigration and economic migrants are already a problem in Russia.

Would you rather have a Tajik come and work (and grope you) or a Swede or a Polack? Who will either come and work for a few years or move more permanently and try to integrate. Russia has always been a multicultural country.

Russia just doesn’t have enough people right now. Especially with a war going on and a job market that is red hot.

The irony of complaining about migrants in one thread then discussing becoming migrants in Russia, Latin America or Asia in this thread would be comical if it wasn't so pathetic.
I think there is a difference between hordes of unwashed young men invading a border, whether in Italy or the US, and registering for work and/or immigrating.

Immigration has always been a thing and is usually a net benefit if it’s done legally and with controlled numbers.

Double post, but dang, during the debate Lady Javelin got a mention

Amen to Saint Javelin, who as we all know allowed Ukraine to march from Kursk to Moscow.
here's the thing
Ukraine haven't seen many of those, or the Barayktar since early-2023 at the very latest.

I've been keeping track on what goes over in the lend-lease packages, and being frankly honest, I'm seeing Javelins and such going walkabout to other nations more often than not. more likely to see Mexico, the Middle East and Myanmar before we'll ever see them in AFU hands these days.

though in the case of the Barayktars, it would seem Erdogan put a swift kibosh on that, and just in time to send the Azovite commanders back to Ukraine as a placation bargaining-tool.

I assumed they would leave it open as a cauldron, as long as the Ukies kept sending in fresh meat through their stretched (and exposed) logistic lines.

edit: After watching Weebs update, it looks like they are creating a more restrictive bottleneck (only allowing them to use a handful of roads to get in/out)

pretty much
the 810th marines are holding up remarkably well, and though there are other units there in support, the operation is pretty much in the hands of the 810th.

Russian support is expected, though since 2022, they've gotten more careful in their mobilisation prep - Belousov won't allow what Shoigu would and did. after all, poorly supplied columns are useless, and the current Defence Minister knows the value of bleeding enemy resources dry. so the new tactical groups, namely Kursk's, is likely heading in with orders to hold the line and let the AFU bleed itself dry in the process.

so long as the AFU still believe its a salient, nobody needs to give them the impression its a cauldron. or at least, not until its time to finally push forward again, and the counter's likely to snatch up Ukrainian territory for the insult.

i mean, after week two of the offensive, they should've known by then. as those are shitty ass gains for a blitz offensive. syrsky should've readjusted right there and then.

Elensky has been sounding off about ending the war by Autumn and this is what he means. Absolute madness.
Meanwhile Blinken and Lammy have announced they will be paying a joint visit to Keith

Rumor is that they will be announcing approval for point 1 of the Elensky 'peace plan', long range strikes into Russia. If this is so then we can only assume that points 2 and 3 are also in the works and we're going to be seeing an actual Russo/NATO war in the near future.

What is it about Russia that makes globohomo froth at the mouth? Even an outright loss in Ukraine wouldn't be that big a deal in the big scheme of things. Sure a loss of prestige and no more regime change efforts towards Russia, but hardly the end of the world. But these fuckers are literally prepared to risk Armageddon rather than take the L.

So let’s not worsen the problem by also bringing in westoids.

I’d rather not be groped at all, thanks.
If Sweden and Poland want to join the Russian Federation, I’d be all for it. That’s very unrealistic scenario though.

There are plenty of people in Russia, and every single employer screaming for workers is a great situation for the workers. I actively don’t want that to change, because my primary concern is the workers, not soulless corporations. Besides, thanks to AI we’re going to need a lot less people in the coming decade, let’s not set ourselves up for an unnecessary crisis by importing people who will shortly be redundant anyway. Let’s sort out society and establish luxury space communism before we start taking in unnecessary westoid refugees, let alone poles and swedes, the bottom of the European cesspit.

The thing is the Kursk incursion is over 40km across, and the arterial roads leading from Ukraine are not close enough to the front lines.
So it's less of a cauldron at the moment.
Tracing back to the border you have the 38K-004 and the 38H-609 going into Sudza. Where they cross secondary roads 10km+ from the lines. So I can see how the Ukrainians have been able sustain the incursion so long.

Actually no. Russia can simply blast through 2-3 villages south to cut off the Highway.

They will drive along the border and cut them off from reinforcements which causes rapid destruction of those forces that are in Russia. They may not survive until October.

The delivery of long-range weapons for deep strikes is a matter of time, but Austin said that this will not ensure Ukraine's victory and will not change the situation on the front in any way. NATO troops will not allow themselves to be drawn into Ukraine directly, and here Zelensky is considered a lunatic who should be treated with pity.

Blinken... I hate that international Jew.

Because Russia has substantial ( natural ) resources that aren't under the direct control of Globo, which is highly antisemitic and a danger to black lives.

Let's be perfectly clear: Dong piano player and former comedian didn't come up with this, it's Blinken, Austin the US, et al. That's who's behind this. No one else.
Forget Kursk for the moment; the hohols are a non-issue, strategy wise. Murmansk was attacked by a barrage of drones early this morning UTC. This is a probe, a testing of Russian Arctic air defense and response; in other words, a prelude to an actual attack.

Screenshot at 2024-09-11 04-55-22.png

Murmansk is nowhere near the front; it is on the Barents Sea, in the Arctic Circle, next to Alaska, and right by Finland and Norway. It is the where the Russian Zapadnaya Litsa Naval Base is located, where Russia's submarines are based- the kind that can launch nukes under ice; the only subs of its kind that can do that and obliterate the entire Western Coast of US/Canada.

Security has always been tight there; Murmansk is home to no less than six closed oblasts, the kind you are required to obtain permission from Moscow/the Kremlin to enter. These are all military installations, which include Olenya AB and the aforementioned NB. There's no industry there of note other than fighters/bombers, ships, subs and nukes.

Those drones came from Norway and/or Finland. I don't have to ask what the readiness of our air/army bases in Alaska are, I already know. This is a provocation, a literal slap across Russia's face. While everyone here was glued to their screens watching last night clown show, this was happening.

It is literally the start of the "IT'S HAPPENING" meme IRL.
we’re going to need a lot less people in the coming decade
I agreed with you until I heard the news about Murmansk and I changed my mind. Russia needs people who believe in her nation, traditions and culture. It needs immigrants who speak Russian and understand Russia, because Russia is not the USSR and has not recovered from the population devastation of WW2. AI will never replace people and culture; it will never replace the Русский мир. Accept everyone who wants to live, work and contribute and becomes Russian because your survival literally depends on it, because the demons who rule the West are willing to risk nuclear Armageddon to destroy you and because Russia is in the way of their plans for world ruination..
