Really loved this collab got some first time collabs and JPs got to shine. The Lumi campfire story collab makes me want a horror movie watch party with Uruka and Lumi since they can't handle horror well.So what was everyone's thoughts on Phase Summer Camp? I didn't get to catch most of it but I liked what I saw. That might just be because it was a shit tonne of Phase colabs.
Take note of Tenma's story about going to a Moonie camp as a kid.
I thought it was a great opportunity to see collabs from talents I otherwise wouldn't really think to check out, such as Iori.So what was everyone's thoughts on Phase Summer Camp? The big issue is that they handled the omission of a beloved talent which basically made them look bad to the general public and for cover tribalists vindicated how they already felt about their favorite companies biggest competitor.could NijiEN have been saved if they gutted out all the bad apples?
as a brand, or group, their reputation is on the ground, so no, new talents came and they are still on the bottom, and most of the big number talents have an awful image. There is no savation for them, and thats the good part.could NijiEN have been saved if they gutted out all the bad apples?
The issue is that as far as we know, the Bad Apples are talents themselves, and the last thing NijiEN clearly needs is to start firing their money makers in a situation where they have lost half of their revenue. If Niji had done something prior to the Selen incident maybe, but at this point I don't think they can without outright killing the branch.could NijiEN have been saved if they gutted out all the bad apples?

Yeah but at this point that limb is the head, so it wouldn't really be smart to cut it off, rather just rot slowly and die. When a limb has gangrene you cut it off.
I'm surprised they haven't done it yet honestly.
She always was.At what point did Kirsche just go full right wing polituber? I can see why Pippa doesn't collab anymore.
If you fire everyone that has been deemed bad by affiliation of the events surrounding the departure of Selen... Fuck it, let's fire everyone affiliated with Elira and "The Clique". NijiEN would be left with Aster and whoever the new people are. Reality is that you'd have go to the very start of the company and purge any nepotism hires. Nepohires constantly do damage in this industry space. Hololive learnt that quick with Sana. Phase has been lucky that it's nepohires are still civil with one another.could NijiEN have been saved if they gutted out all the bad apples?
She certainly can but then she's sharing the profit.I guess she can't get voice acting roles as Mori, I am glad DemonDice is sticking around, even if only for a bit.
The three most public "bad apples" are the blackscreen crew, which includes an OG they still sell in most of their merch (Elira), THE goldenboy (Vox) and someone who still has pull thanks to his core audience not caring about Selen (Ike), at most they could change management, but livers are seemingly still profitable enough for them to not cut them off unless they do something "egregious" in public like SelenWhen a limb has gangrene you cut it off.
I'm surprised they haven't done it yet honestly.
Pico confirming here that Tenma is a foreign and not Japanese.Tenma: Met in person. Graceful and intelligent. Proficient in Japanese.
