There was this guy called FredMSloniker who did this.

He was going to do a sequel where the goons were the playable characters.

That's why slowbeef banned them.

The thing I've noticed is that Goons kind of have a stick in their ass about being the "inventors of the LP" and insist that their LP's are the only good ones in the whole world and everyone else is an untalented hack...when most of the LP crowd has already passed them by and they refuse to "stoop to their level". Hell, Let's Plays aren't even as big as they used to be back in 2014.

That's the hill they chose to die on. Making a YouTube fad.

One of the more crazy things about VoidBurger was her plan to become a "Professional LPer" and how she still hasn't given it up, see her Patreon. When she was still working on her one Silent Hill LP, which I think took her 1-2 years, she invited Chip to her then Boyfriend's place. She then did her "Professional LP" dream that her Boyfriend provided for her living, till he must of got tired of it and dumped her. Which is why her and Chip are now together.

-Another LPer that fell into the SJW beliefs was Cherry Doom, https://twitter.com/stokedbro , who appeared in the Astronaut videos and some Retsupurae videos. She spends most her time tweeting about her cats, cosplay, work, hitbox streams, and SJW stuff now.

-Habermann, who started as a shitlord that Mister Metokur/InternetAristocrat did videos with, but then became a hardcore SJW. After Habermann fell for social justice, he put a trigger warning on all his videos and then just outright deleted his LP channel https://www.youtube.com/user/HabermannSA, cause of the wrong think in his older and funny videos.

I'm very sad to see HabermannSA fall into the same SJW shitpit as the rest of the goon fuckers. I used to really enjoy a bunch of his Let's Plays, but I guess I should've seen the writing on the wall when he started injecting more and more "socially conscious" commentary into his videos. At first it was innocent enough, then he started making more ranty shit to the point where it seriously detracted from the experience and turned cringy.

For what it's worth, I think Chip Cheezum's been usually good about keeping his political views out of the actual content that he makes or at least keeping them at a level where it doesn't become a cringey rant-fest that detracts from the enjoyment of the content itself . Ironicus has always sounded like a huge unfunny cock-gobbling faggot though and it's not at all surprising to see he's, well,just that.

Goons are like that with everything they "invent," and love dropping their scent on everything.

As soon as that thing gets mainstream, for the first month you'll see hundreds of commenters with "SA" in their username shitting all over it and talking about how they invented and perfected it.

Which, of course, those fade quickly now because SA is irrelevant.

OP, there are absolutely people in this scene worth community-watching but it doesn't inspire confidence when you list ironicus and chip as lolcows with nothing funny or pathetic about them other than 'suspected libtard.' Liberal lets-players are a dime a dozen.

Obviously there's actual content on SA if you look in the right places (shmorky) so just raise the bar a little

When Let's Plays became a thing on Youtube, the spergs on Something Awful got so buttmad that their idea leaked to the outside world that they started raids on Youtube accounts that did Let's Plays. That said, it's really ironic to hear Something Awful Let's Players complain about harassment when they have a rich history of bullying anyone outside their sphere.

What is it about goon LPers that make them such textbook SJWs that are so utterly full of themselves?

I used to go to the SA forums and the only LPs I read were the humorous screenshot ones, like RedChocobo's Pokemon ones or The Dark Id's ones.

Call me crazy, but I don't find a bunch of faggots trodding all over each other to make lame jokes while one person is playing a game as being entertaining. If I wanted that, I'd just hang out with my friends. And at least when I'm doing that, we're all playing games together.

Went ahead and edited the first post slightly so as to make things clearer. (I think Ironicus lands in cow territory due to the way he pushes his beliefs without attention to reason or the facts, even beyond regular libtard levels.)

And as for lp-related drama, there's always the olden Dangan Ronpa threads. Oh, how slowbeef bitched about them...
