Guys! After 20 minutes of viewing YouTube videos and Reddit posts on this guy, I've finally cracked the code. This is all an elaborate high budget Alternate Reality Game styled avant-garde art project. It's truly genius. His posts represent an alternate reality where a memetic SCP has converted all the schoolchildren into horrifying monsters! Some of the social media accounts of these children have leaked into our reality, giving us a glimpse into this quirky and highly stylized world. Certainly no one would really be this weird, stalking playgrounds and taking photos of random people's children to upload to his fetish page. These are definitely highly trained child actors, likely paid by Adult Swim. The David Firth cameo makes it so obvious!

If it serves fresh eyes:
- He likely grew up in the International Church of God. The Google Sheets doc I shared even links to a post asking people to not give him money and his FB posts as David London include discussion of some theological musings. If the CGI thing is correct means he grew up believing in British Israelism, which is pretty amusing to me.
- Repeating that he has written stuff in Jamaican patois and affirming he could easily be mixed with Indian. Is not impossible he also just had the polar opposite to how some southern Indians can pass as Afrodescendants in very specific circumstances.

You nailed it and also gave me horrible, horrible flashbacks to a few other people with weird fetishes like this who I've seen lurking around the internet and various forums.
One who kept posting on question sites like you mentioned, asking about advice on punishing kids. Kept bringing up the scenario of pinching the kids who were always described as toddler age, and poking them with sharp things.
Another who was a man who was obsessed with licking spoons, bare feet/socks and the idea of... homework. Kept asking 'what homework would you give as punishment' 'how many books would you make a kid read for punishment' kind of shit.
I hate these kind of 'fetish farmers'. It's a huge warning label from sex psychologists because it basically creeps into the territory of non-consensual interactions. These people are betting on folk who are replying to them not understanding it's a kink, and keep the convo going as much as they can get something out of it. It's a blessing I guess that SSB9 is so obvious with being a creep. Was watching the Nick Crowley doc and noticed a weird account and noticed an account called JohnTrump-r6x replying to people's comments expressing shock or outrage seemingly trying to rile them up.
Looking at this account its looks like the account is either David or someone pretending to be him.
Account was made 24 August and has uploaded 4 images with captions that all reference David and include a fat old guy who looks like he has a similar bodytype to David.

This guy reminds me of another internet entity and I haven't been able to put my finger on it until now, but I'm still not sure if this is what I am thinking of.
For now, I think he reminds me of Padma McCord. She also photoshops gigantic eyes onto herself and other photos of women. She has created an incredibly extensive and creepy internet footprint while also running severe, fanatical levels of opsec. Just about every single mention of her gets taken down within minutes, if not seconds. I am somewhat surprised we've managed to keep her thread here.

I've been lurking for a while and I'm definitely leaning towards "drowning/strangulation fetish". In the Crowley vid, you can see him doing these retarded single legged jigs with his head pointing upwards where David (presumably, unless these are Crowley's gay spooky edits) edits rippling effects or white bars over his neck. There are also quite a few videos where David has a sort of 'sheen' over his face as if it were underwater.
Also something I haven't seen mentioned anywhere is the identity of the "Wilfred" kid in a few of his images. Seems like he's the only black kid featured in David's content, maybe he's a nephew or other family member?
