I think the back and forth between them had picked up due to the COVID lull putting a halt to the appeals process.
I'm not sure why it would. They just canceled oral arguments and all they had to do was make a decision based on the papers. The judges on the panel don't even have to meet face to face to do that. If anything not having to deal with oral arguments would streamline the proceedings.

It's not like a trial court where it gets really cumbersome and tricky to do things remotely with some shitty chinkware like Zoom.

I was mostly amused by the name 'Mandy' making yet another appearance.
Oh for sure. I was just amused that when April’s rotten gash reminded me of that byline, it didn’t occur to me for several minutes that there was a connection to Nick via Geno. Rekieta seems to be the Kevin Bacon of the online degeneracy set.

I'm positive those two fucked, I don't care what Nick or Aaron say lol. Why? Because you can't just tell that many stories about all the degenerate swinger sex you all had and drugs you all snorted, down to you all being in the same bed together, showing you groping each other in the hot tub and him licking your ear on camera, yet somehow everyone is expected to believe the "no homo" bro-code superseded everything.
The body cam would be right out of 3 stooges and match the live-in nanny corroboration.
Aaron: "I thought it was Kayla sucking my dick."
Nick: "I thought I was suckings April's dick."
Kayla: "April and I were at Women's bible study that night"

Balldo's house of horrors is still showing active. I wonder how to open house went yesterday.

I went. Pretty quiet. Hoped to see a sign of Kayla, but alas.

Did pick up some souvenirs though. If anyone is interested in April’s socks or her “Summers Eve” pussy douche, let me know.

First come, first serve. USD or Bitcoin.

And don’t worry, discretion is assured. I am a gentleman after all!

It's alright.
Steiner will arrive with the order from the Supreme Court to dismiss all the charges at any minute...
If you had to choose a lawtuber to defend you in court, who would you go for.

My pick is Rekieta for the lulz, or Sean if I was serious about avoiding doing time.

Sean got that jolly father figure vibe going. The judge would likely buy it, when Sean puts an arm around the defendant and goes: “Your honor, my client realizes the seriousness of the matter. Yes he has criminal history, but none of it recent! He is determined to do the right thing and we therefore ask for a PR bond!”

It must be ferrous water, right? The one that is colorless and oxidizes into ferric later. Because by the pattern on the guest shower, it seems like someone bathed and splashed all around; I´d imagine nobody would bathe in glowing orange water. Maybe it was as recent as April moving in that they got the iron seepage into the well.
Yeah, the water doesn't come out that color, although you can taste the iron in it. It basically rusts once it's exposed to air. Minnesota has the biggest iron ore deposits in the US. Hell the Mesabi range up north is legendary. The upper peninsula of Michigan is similar. I've seen well water there turn shit that same color in a relatively short period of time. But, you know... Just fuckin clean it. Get some CLR and scrub. Normal people would do that regularly so they don't have to look at it. Especially if they're trying to sell the damn house.

Tie between Sean and Nate The Lawyer. Both used to be prosecutors and both are defense attorneys. Nate apparently used to be a cop though, so depending on what I’m charged with I’d go with the black guy.

Don't disregard Sean's mall Santa energy, he'd disarm a jury in no time
Definitely.

I bet you there’s plenty of criminal cases that came down to a juror going: “Gee I dunno… Could have done it I suppose? But that hysterical lady prosecutor is really annoying. Guess I’ll vote not guilty to make that nice defense lawyer’s day!”

I pretty much agree. Sean for real, also Runkle. Nick if I were putting forth a frivolous lawsuit.

April's dick."

Still more believable than any Rackets filed motion ever

- The third and last entry of my Rackets vid saga - "The Revenge of Lord Balldolot" has most of the footage laid down at this point, I'd say about 80%. That's easily the most time consuming part. Had a lot more time to work on it lately, and it's been moving along very nicely.
- Basically a full movie. It'll be somewhere between 50-60 minutes I think. That's how it's looking in my DaVinci Studio timeline at least.
- After the footage is done, then comes all the audio stuff - removing voices while preserving background noise, adding voice clips from various streams and vids from Rekieta, Josh, Metokur and others. After that, last thing is to do all the animations.
- My highly optimistic goal is to have it finished and out by the end of the month. But, that's probably not realistic.

After this, no more super long ones -this'll be a great one to finish on I think. Will go back to short one-off stuff after.

I wonder if anyone has suggested yet that based on the intensity of the orange in certain spots and the streaks being consistent with an aerosol can that we can in fact blame April for this but not because of her clear vaginal wash.

No my friends this is clearly the work of an idiotic coke fiend who wanted to give herself a spray tan and didn't clean up afterward.

That intense orange is from repeated applications and I bet you April thought she could just wash it off later only to find that no, no you can't.

i can't believe Ana Kasparian is an alt-right tranny harassing nazi now. smdh
I missed it at the time, but Ana was on Blocked and Reported a while back and describes how the wheels fell off her worldview. It's worth a listen.
Turns out being called a racist for being sexually assaulted by a white guy can alter a girls viewpoint.
Who knew?

(TMI, but many years ago the Former Mrs Vesperus was sexually assaulted at 4am in a bus stop in Central London by a social economic factor. Since FMV was from Enfield in Norf London, I just sat on the other side of the bus stop and watched while she kicked the shit out of him.
I kinda miss her, although I want my damn dog back you bitch)

To me Nate appears competent in his opinions on criminal law and I think he can explain them well, only his video style has gone from quick and succinct coverage of a topic to multi hour rambling and I just can't watch it anymore. And he sued, and lost, Chris Bouzy so I am not certain his legal opinions about the chances for a case are realistic.

When the second house first went for sale and the murder bathroom was revealed, someone theorised that maybe someone spray-painted something in that bathroom. Sounds/Looks plausible, but I have no experience with such kind of "water". Just a reminder for everyone.
It has already been discussed excessively that those stains are 100% hard water iron stains. People know what it is, people explained where it comes from (iron in the well water) and that it is a VERY typical problem with well water in Minnesota.

Here are some picture that you can find by searching for "hard water iron stains".
It is nothing more than iron particles in the water that remain on the surface and then oxidize (rust) when they get into contact with air.

The pair of them -- Rekieta and Masterson -- are reminiscent of a pair of fat chicks who got dumped by the hot guy with the dreamy eyes and then went on to spend the next ten years bitching and moaning about all manner of imaginary failings. Is it because they want him back? Or are they just resentful because they're the one who got dumped rather than being the dumpee?
Maybe it's the TERF's influence rubbing off on me, but I'd compare them more to that awkward guy who got a pity hug from a girl at a party in high school and spent the next 10 years building a life together inside his own head so he's now convinced she's madly in love with him but just too darn shy to admit it. Those ladies, they do like to tease!

In reality, this manifests as him constantly creeping into her DMs, replying to every single thing she posts online, just being a nice guy, y'know? Just wants to show he cares, but also that crowd she's running with now are bad for her and just so she knows he'd treat her right, if she just said the word. Only kidding, haha! Unless...

Wait until someone brings a blacklight in. If anyone thought Nicholas Fuentes' bedroom or any homosexual nightclub during Mardi Gras glowed bright, just wait to be proven wrong.

Probably Bruce Rivers. No offence to Sean, but Bruce seems the most professional and competent of all of them. If he's good enough for legit mob bosses he's good enough for me.

I wonder if anyone has ever taken the time to look into River's cases and see what his actual case history and success ratings are like.
He feels like the type of lawyer Nick would have transitioned into if he had actually kept practicing the law.

Tall stories, dubious competency, throwing shade at witnesses.

[EDIT] Oh god, he is actually from Minneapolis, he could defend Nick.
