Lmao, I didn't realize this at first but they actually made Metal Sonic, the 'evil version of the mc', blacker than Sonic in both skin tone & hairstyle


What is with this artist and giving everyone POC palms? Rouge, Silver, Espio, fucking why. That's not how it works! Being slightly darker than Caucasian doesn't mean your palms just loose all their melanin!
Like, sure Cream is at least black mixed (and fucking how) but even with that she still doesn't have a skin tone that'd result in that contrast. The artist clearly knows that too because they didn't change Amy's palms despite both of them using almost the same color, and they're both a darker shade than Silver!



Speaking of the POC palms it's almost kinda weird to see Charmy without them when you're looking at him in contrast to almost everyone else on the lineup

And like here's the thing, I wouldn't actually say any of these designs are all that bad considering the usual fare. The women are technically conventionally attractive, the men look like dudes, the only character with noticeable body hair is Big and it's actually done in a stylistically fitting fashion instead of looking like some kind of garish limb pubes, and there's somehow no trans-allusions, or just random gendersexual-flagpolitic insertions scattered around them. It's just your basic gjinka slop with nothing else on top.

But wow does literally every single one of them absolutely fail to capture the essence of the character they're supposed to be representing. Outside of like, a few elements here and there on maybe 3-ish of them, these're all just ocs
