They know, it's just that doing these retarded, pointless and thoroughly useless "team building" bullshit exercises is how these overly inflated HR departments justify their existence so they either put up with that babysitting or someone higher up might notice that not only do they have dozens of do-nothing Karens but that their continued employment negatively impacts turnover rates and productivity in general.

Normally a company only needs a basic HR department to handle their duties such as employment requests, interviews, internal workplace disputes and what have you, unfortunately it has become common practice to also intermingle a lot of feelgood 'woo' bullshit within their duties and as such nearly all HR departments are overstaffed by blithering mongoloids.

The problem isn't HR the problem is HR is a communist system knows as "comissars" where every company has agents of the state in it. HR is always women (main issue) and they are always leftists (second issue).

In the video game world it was found that a major company (EA) had an actual East German Commissar working on their diversity board. And it was a woman..of course.

Why do tech companies need to hire HR again? Or any company for that matter? From what I've heard nobody but HR likes them and they always manage to just make things worse. Why hasn't say those Hedge Funds gut them when they buy out a company?

After a certain thresold of people ( I want to say around 50) the US gov starts adding in so much bullshit about the workplace that you need a dedicated person to manage it. The problem is that the only one that is willing to do that bullshit is usually an fat AWFL.

Because tech people are weird and creepy towards women. They want to hire women and minorities so they need HR to make sure autists don’t do or say anything illegal. Look at Blizzard/Activision: they’re apparently fucking all the women and saying all sorts of messed up stuff. I think we solve this by getting rid of the discrimination laws, but I highly doubt we’ll see a day where women and minorities generally arent working at prestigious places.

Someday, that’ll change. It seems clear that Europe and Canada are starting to notice what’s going on. The best solution at this point is to find a way to bring in our brothers and sisters overseas to the United States by limiting the program to natural born citizens but allowing those with no criminal record to come to America easily.

The H1B program is a lottery, we aren't importing their best and brightest. Just the opposite, the ones most interested in migrating are ones looking for a fresh start, ie soon to be convicts. There is no test, requirements, etc, it is literally, your number gets picked from a lottery machine. So the jeet that makes it over here was probably tech scamming your grandma last week.

Another problem is the marriage thing. Where you can apply for citizenship because you're marrying someone from the U.S. I don't think any country should do that. Almost all couples that aren't both from Anglo countries anyway have been a desperate hambeast or otherwise undesirable woman or man being used for citizenship. If you can't immigrate somewhere on your own merit then don't and they're almost all long distance relationships too for obvious reasons which just makes it so obvious they're jokes. There are way too many visa programs. If you aren't someone who can't immediately start working and at least not being a extra body for no reason you shouldn't immigrate anywhere. That goes for expats too. People moving around for vanity/scammy reasons is part of why so many communities have been diluted if not outright destroyed.

You could resolve some 90%+ cases of sexual harassment by refusing to employ particular ethnic groups or anyone that doesn't explicitly identify as cis-heterosexual (i.e. not a fag, tranny, or tumblr schizoposter). Like you said, anti-discrimination laws force companies to stuff themselves to the gills with actively detrimental employees, which is why they create fluff roles where harm is minimized.

You can't really afford to stop employing socially awkward autists though. That's something like half of all competent software devs and engineers. Idk, maybe pick up some personality coaches to train them on pretending to be normal? This might not even be too hard if they employ the finest autist wranglers trained to spot behaviors that land someone a KF thread. Hell, could also force fat employees to exercise for a half hour each day to cut down on insurance costs. A lot of us know how to recognize a problem when we see it, before they do what we all know they're going to. Current anti-discrimination laws and HR policies really do not allow people to be proactive. They think they're keeping such things from happening but they actually make it worse. Of course, there are those who would take it too far. But I'd far rather a few odd ducks fall through the cracks for accidentally coming across wrong than for people to keep shitting up business, harassing other employees, if not outright being rapists.

Going, "Oh see these other worthless brown niggers are slightly less worthless than these super-worthless brown niggers" is basically getting into Indian whataboutism. Non religious people actually assimilate better, is another point. Maybe if they're Christian because that's what a lot of our cultural ideas, morals, and ethics are based on regardless of how mad that makes any resident Redditors. If they have some weirdo religion they'll feel a need to keep a group identity around they won't assimilate the same way someone else would. And assimilation should always be the goal if you're going to immigrate somewhere. It's part of the reason so many of them form groups and keep out everyone but themselves from business they latch on to. It just exacerbates the problem.
