The Crew, maybe? Hard to go woke when your game is about cars going vroom vroom across America.
Never did play The Crew games; never did interest me, personally. I heard good things about the first one, though didn't Ubi shut it down for whatever reason?
Extraction was headed up by that deathfat Bio Jade (who the fuck names their kid that). She's mostly known as that chick who heads up projects that die quickly, or get righted up into a proper success after the game ships and she leaves to fuck up something else.
While not strictly woke, it's not really a project that was needed either. It's basically a spin-off of a limited Siege season event. Hell, only reason I can think of why the tranny or the non-binary didn't find their way into it is because they're so fucking boring gameplay wise and wouldn't have worked.
As someone who did, in fact, play Extraction a decent amount a while back, I can confirm that it's EXTREMELY boring. There's very little to do in it, as most missions are basically the same thing overall, and none of them are really all that well-designed, either; by the time you unlock the second area, you'll have already seen everything the game has to offer. The fact that your character carries over damage from mission to mission makes it difficult to really pick a character and level it; gameplay is pretty heavily catered towards stealth, but solo can be pretty difficult at points, while multiplayer is crammed full of retards that don't know what stealth is. Put simply, it's a trainwreak.
Bit of a shame, honestly; I think it could've been interesting, if it was handled better. The Outbreak mode from Siege was a pretty fun and cool event; how'd they mess it up?
It reminds me of Extinction gamemode in Call of Duty Ghosts, something that as far as I know hasn't really been replicated since it came out in 2013. All I am saying is that I will take an inoffensive clone that plays it safe over their usual AAAA "Ubisoft Experiences"
Off-topic, but yes, Extinction was and still is a ton of fun to play. If Ubi made Extraction a bit closer to that - moving through an actual decently-sized level map, completing defined objectives instead of the small, randomized slop that we got, then Extraction would've been quite a bit better, I feel.
Anyways, aside from The Crew and Extraction, anyone else happen to know of any decent/non-offensive Ubisoft games? One of the Far Cry titles, or maybe an Assassin's Creed? I was personally a fan of New Dawn and Rogue, myself; what do you guys think?
