Can someone explain how a "hate crime" is even legal in the USA? Like how would you even prove a crime based on "hate" outside of very rare circumstances? Because the Supreme Court has effectively ruled that the Constitution has been superceded by the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Civil Rights Act of 1968. We haven’t recovered fully from Covid or from Trump, because between these two a lot of furniture got smashed. Fun fact about fasting, it'll increase water consumption because your body will start purging sodium in your system, which will cause you to literally piss out your electrolytes. Most of the weight lost in the first five days of fasting is water weight, roughly 2/3s, the rest is mostly fat.

The real fun thing is if you do about 3 days of fasting, your body flips a switch and it starts pinpointing old shit that isn't working very well to break it down and use it up for energy first.
