For all talk of Mama Raven's special boy, I think Patrick actually has a bad relationship with his mother. You notice he has issues with women? You notice how when he gets really mad, the worst thing he can think to do is talk condescendingly with a fake warmth? You notice how he thinks the worst insult is "child"? How to him, the worst thing you can be is in a position of a child in the presence of an authority figure?

Usually with guys like him it's that they were coddled too much rather than not enough. If it's not enough, you get the endless seething about muh evil wamminz.
If I had to guess, the general lore that he butted heads with teachers constantly so his mama became school psychologist to help her precious little boy is true.

I could go either way on it. We'll call it "Coddle vs Cunt" theory.

One thing that sort of makes me lean towards Cunt Theory is that Patrick will tell his trolls that Mama Raven "doesn't exist." I see that and I'm like "your own mother doesn't exist? What, were you an egg?" To me, it really wouldn't make any sense unless he has such a bad relationship with his mother that the end idea of her as a protective nurturer is a ridiculous fiction to him.

General consensus favors Coddle Theory, and I accept that. Cunt Theory remains fringe speculation.

(If you're talking to your church friends about Rick and can't cuss, just call it "Crone Theory" instead!)

I'll counter that with him insisting that he isn't a fat faggot with bitch tits. He denies having his chad brother/cousin, being fat, having bitch tits, his own face in videos, trolls, and everything else imaginable so he can "no, child" everyone. He's even said "Rick is one of your delusions, atalker child" so I think he's just going with the "you didn't spell it right so what you said doesn't exist". Alternatively he's denying how hard he was coddled and as we all know if Patrick says something it's probably a lie.
I admit I'll definitely be looking out for more signs of Cunt Theory in the future
