There are few things about the Balldosphere that make me laugh more hysterically than Still Life randomly jumping out of the woodwork and threatening to murder and rape people. He's like a living testament to Nick's personal and political philosophy of 'anything goes' and what that actually means in practice. I picture him as this fetid goblin that Nick cannot banish because he's a manifestation of Nick's evil soul.

This was back in the CPS documents I believe, when they were discussing the possible in-home supervision by the extended family. Didn't one set of parents have vacation/travel conflicts coming up in September? Any chance that might have messed with his streaming-schedule? Or am I misremembering?

Seems to me most likely reason for lack of streams is family or court drama. Kayla got pissed and told him to knock it off, or his lawyers did. Something like that

It was Nick's parents who were willing to forgo their thousands of dollar holiday if they had to stay and help out. That is likely not the reason he has stopped streaming.

On the issue of people who inexplicitly nose guard may be involved in the same shit as Nick or maybe even involved with him,
I just recalled there is Dax. His hero.

There is almost certainly some cocaine usage with Dax. I would put partner swapping past him either.

I absolutely believe that they're all reckless enough to leave items that have contained coke around and that a kid might have retrieved them for use because no-one ever washes the dishes, but I still can't see a lid getting past the taste.
My understanding is the cocaine makes you feel really good and is highly addictive. Maybe she got past the bitterness factor when the effect kicked in. Slowly. A little bit at a time.

Also keep in mind our three sly junkies are carrying around and dropping cocaine bullets like Easter eggs. Junkies being so stealthy doing bumps that no kid would ever catch them... I mean nobody is better at hiding stuff than junkies.

So the kid saw the adults doing bumps and loving it. So when she found some she tried sniffing it too. And that is the start of her story.

The idea that Nick dosing his child sounds horrifying. But Nick has already laid out evidence that he thinks that there are helpful therapeutic levels of cocaine usage. Just like the kind Nick takes.

THAI Beard

lmao

That cracked me up
Thai Beard sounds like a mail-order bride you get to cover up the fact that you're gay.
Sounds like the sort of thing Nick would approve of.

They're probably more of a basement dweller than Nick tries to claim that we are.

I don't think it was 'one spoon', but I do recall that he said his teacher blamed him to his parents.

In the clip from the post it sounds like one spoon, but it is possible that it was more.

To quote the clip: "She picks the Jell-O up on a spoon and she shoves it into my mouth, right, like Riley Reid."

No specific mention of how many times in this account. I suppose it's a question of how much Jell-O a young wrangy Nick could take before vomiting on himself in a fit of oppositional defiance. Personally, I have my doubts that the teacher could get more than a spoonful into Nick before he just couldn't take it anymore.

The whole story is bizarre given that his indulgence in gummies undermines his dramatically professed trauma. I take his recounting of events with a grain of salt.

Plot twist: Still Life is Nick's alt account.

Seriously though, the speech that Nick chooses to allow/censor in his LOCALS chat paints a grim picture of his values.

I remember back in 2019 (during the Vic saga), Nick saying on stream "Well ACCKKSHUALLY, the 10 commandments don't prohibit lying. It says 'thou shall not bear false witness,' and that's something completely different." He didn't go into detail, of course, but with hindsight it sticks out to me as an early "mask off" (nose out?) moment. It was probably the first time I remember him saying something I disagreed with completely.

Yeah, I remember that one too. Whenever anyone tries to rules lawyer God, it sticks out to me for it's sheer stupidity.

When Elon Musk would talk about breaking humanity out of The Simulation, I rolled my eyes, but conceded that he was ultra rich and ultra driven.

When Nick thinks he is outwitting us, let alone God, my sides are in orbit.

Just dropped the other day:

It's been heavily speculated for many years now. I was under the impression most people here already assumed he was a drug user. Only that he's got better discipline than Nick in that he won't be visibly fucked up on stream.

I guess it's like the way that Nick thinks taking the Lord's name in vain (3rd Commandment) means praying to Him regarding smaller everyday things, rather than using the Lord's name in the expletive (as in profanity or general irreverence).

Leave it to the disingenuous gooner with a creative writing degree to assert that "vanity" only applies to arrogance in a self-serving attempt to continue to use God's name in a literally profane context.

LPR went into Sean's chat tonight and made the claim on his Friday stream Nick graced him and started sperging out about the CPS report in chat.
Here is a timestamped link to when he posts but it's all of 2 things.

Here are the screen capped messages. When did he start the gay 3rd person stuff?

Wild. He's right about one thing; we haven't seen the letter. Nick wouldn't mislead us, would he?

Is Nick genuinely trying to make people think the letter said "Well, actually, using drugs around children is totally legal"

Kinda weird and funny that CPS were all over the case as soon as drugs were confirmed, eh? If it all was legal.

Sadly, most likely, without the hard evidence of drugs, a child smelling and complaining of hunger likely isn't actionable for CPS.

"you haven't seen the letter."

Well, his lawyer quoted the relevant part.

They rejected the report, presumably without investigation (or else that really should have been mentioned in his motion).

CPS can't make a legal conclusion on whether someone broke a law.
Nick Rekieta told me (and everyone else on the Internet) that the same person who Nick Rekieta npw asserts made a legal conclusion that Nick Rekieta didn't break a law also lied under oath.

He maybe should have thought about whether he was going to rely on her words to exonerate himself before going on stream trying to destroy her credibility.

Someone who isn't a raging coke-addicted narcissist may have realized that was a stupid thing to do, but he went into full Rage Twig mode because she wouldn't sign off on custody being returned to the cokeheads after 4 days or whatever.
