Aaron Imholte / Steel Toe Morning/Evening Show / "The Toe Boys" / r/steeltoeboringshow - Disgraced Minnesotan radio host turned racist Internet shock jock. Cuckold chef de Spaghetti-os, "2-2" boxing "coach". Has a legion of a-logs. Lost his wife to a coke addict he played "Strip Twister" with. Fined $50 for sharing nudes of Kayla Rekieta.

I think citizen M is sus, just a hunch.
I thought it was established earlier in the thread @SaddamLanza was this Melton´s cum licker... is this dude claiming to be Youtube´s Citizen M?
More details please. The last person to say "gay ops" showed us some excellent information.
There is an Youtube channel with his name that people claimed it was the user above that was neg rated on Rackets thread. After being neg rated, people were asking for a ban/report and his discussion shipped to another thread, that klb account was created and started to blurt out essays about Aaron here - it was pretty gay but had clips so it was fine. Now this other Citizen M is created today and follows the pattern.

An account without my name on it gets me banned by mods, then an account with my name is gay ops. Make it make sense.

Gayops confirmed

At the 6 minute 45 second mark (not worth archiving)

This morning Aaron stated that he was extremely excited about his meeting with his lawyer today. He won't be able to talk about it for 2 to 3 days.

My gut tells me that he probably got one hell of a plea deal. Maybe there is an off chance that the prosecution has dropped charges.

Either case, Aaron had better not talk about it until the deal is sealed by the judge.

It would be hilarious on all levels if he gets delayed prosecution on the condition that he cooperates with the neighboring county and agrees to testify as a witness in the Rekieta household cases.

I'm gonna place my bet right now that they're dropping the felony.

Funniest option is that they drop the charges because Ralph's whole "write inmates at the jail informing them he's a snitch" made the whole case stink of witness intimidation.
That would certainly be the best/funniest option, and cause the Balldoguards to lose their shit, but I dunno if Aaron is that lucky. So I'm just gonna go with them dropping the felony.

I think the felony version of that charge is unsustainable given the facts. It's missing an essential element. I do not believe for a second that Aaron shared Kayla's pic with Geno for the purpose of "harassing" her. I think he did it because he's a dummy and wanted to brag about what he got a piece of.

The misdemeanor? Yeah, okay. Even though I have little sympathy for Kayla, I can objectively see it.

I think the fact that he shared the photo live on the show makes it an act of intimidation.

Could be all charges are dropped. I bet anything that Nick trying to get him to sign an NDA after he had already shared the photo could be introduced in his defense. Regardless I think April is still going to go after him for DV. Hopefully the DA understands what is going on at this point and and trying to prove it to a jury with zero evidence would not be a sound strategy.

Having both a recording is a benefit and a hindrance for Aaron. The benefit being that he was obviously bragging and this makes reading it as harassment difficult. The hindrance being he is clearly showing a picture of some sort and can't use the "didn't happen" defence as easily.

I can't see how anyone views it as intimidation. Kayla only found out because Keanu mentioned it weeks later. Wasn't specifically mentioned as a nude on stream. It seems Aaron cut contact with her. It can't be anytime a relationship ends any speech about someone is harassment or intimidating. There needs to be a benchmark.

All the background would get to come in at trial. Yikes.

Aaron did say last week theories on the farms could be right. The problem being the farms has lots of theories.

One of those being the felony dropped.

Another being the case collapses completely as Geno refused to cooperate further.

Another being that charging sheet was amazingly light on background. What information did the cops have and not include? Nick screams about a letter from child services, original videos, etc, but what that Aaron cop left out, if known, were extremely material. Knowing if someone is a witness in a felony drugs case against you, knowing details of the relationship, knowing about the CPS case,

Aaron is a strange guy. I'd like to hope that he isn't so excited about just a felony dismissal. It would be a win for sure, but nothing to be that excited about if the lesser count is still there.

Just a felony dismissal?

My friend, having a felony charge dropped, or even dropped in favor of a misdemeanor charge, is a huge deal. The prospective penalties and life altering consequences for a felony conviction are far greater than that of a misdemeanor.

It would also mean that if Aaron were convicted of only the misdemeanor, Nick confirmed himself as a cuck to the world just so that Aaron would receive what's probably gonna be another slap on the wrist. It hardly seems worth it to me, but Nick don't think too good these days. He's all short-sighted narcissistic rage now.

Don't get me wrong, I'd laugh my ass off if the state walks away from this case completely, but I wouldn't put money on it just yet.

The funniest outcome would be Aaron pleas it down to a misdemeanor, and rather than a fine, he has to do community service. That service is making videos warning against cuckoldry and why you shouldn't revenge porn.

In that cuckold's name? Nick Rekieta.

The felony that Aaron is charged with is less severe than Nick's. Both of them are unlikely to have a lasting record and likely get something that clears from their record after a few years of being good.

The stigma of a revenge porn conviction is lasting, felony or misdemeanor. I think Aaron has already lost when he needs to point out the difference.

So, sure, it's going to be less of a fine, less probation, etc, less stressful and I agree Nick will look like a retard for confirming Aaron had nudes of his wife, along with all the other truths you can link to that, in order to score a misdemeanor, but it's still highly damaging for Aaron and he seemed to be entirely too happy on that show and I'd just hope Aaron's standard of happiness isn't so low.
