Okay, since speculation is running wild and because of a certain China Fag who wants to be cute extremely gay:
[Disclaimer: I'm not a lawfag, just an autistic retard]

Boss has a bench warrant out for his arrest. Capias is latin for bench warrant. A writ of body attachment is lawfag for bench warrant. The documentation available shows CAPIAS - ATTACHMENT OF THE BODY. Boss has a warrant out, not for a charge, but because he violated rules of the court.

The code that is listed for his Violation of Bond Condition is 19.2-123. If it was a Failure To Appear before the court, it would most likely say that and would list code 19.2-128. A 'FTA' is extremely serious for a felon, and would land Boss with a new felony charge. (No known court date for Boss besides 10/17 exists, and even his retard parents can't be dumb enough to miss court, so we can assume his "missed appointment" was skipping a drug test)

Violations of positive drug test or failure to show up for testing... may include imposition of more stringent conditions of release, contempt of court proceedings, or revocation of release.

They either realized he is going to piss hot all the way to 10/17 or not showing up this last time was a big no-no.

Boss is going to show up to the probation office tomorrow, be arrested and brought before the judge. If Austin does not show up at the probation officer, officers will most likely be sent to go get him.

So if there is anything to speculate and give hot takes about its what kind of mood the judge on his case is in tomorrow. The Judicial Officer (the judge) does not see any of Boss's violations until the proceedings. So he will show up, the judge looks over his violations and decides what to do with him.

The options available to the court in layman's terms:
A. Slap on the wrist and given stricter terms that he will violate within the first week
B. He is held in contempt and sentenced to up to 10 days in jail
C. His release is revoked and he is thrown in jail until 10/17

We all want A, but I have to think he is looking at options B or C. I don't see how a judge looks at Crack Hands Curtis™ and sees anything other than someone with no respect for the court. Grand larceny felon on probation for a 5 year suspended sentence, who has another felony around the corner, with some family domestic issues, who is pissing hot and then not even showing up for a piss test. If that isn't viewed as someone who is laughing at the court's authority, I don't know what is. Its not looking good, bros.

If Boss escapes tomorrow with that slap on the wrist, he may very well be the one and should start going by Neo and talking about how he doesn't need to dodge bullets.
