The case is weak with everyone involved just worthless. I'm sure the state will happily take a plea deal, as will Aaron, unless they are insistent on some stupid stipulation like trying to gag Aaron.

If Nick really wanted Aaron to STFU, he should have tried for some sort of restraining order, or written a big fat check.

No. They absolutely need to testify to the court, either in person or remotely. What they said so far isn't admissible.

Maybe they subpoenaed the phone company, but it isn't obvious to me the prosecution even has the photo.

Nick is flat wrong. Unless someone testifies what photo they received, there is no case.

Keanwho went from saying Rekieta was the worst, and a cult leader to alogging Aaron, calling him the worst of the lot and addressing him as "Homie" as soon as lines of communication were re-established with April (and Rekieta obviously). She's a terrible person, confirmed mentally ill (her dad paid for her stay at a mental health facility), and often makes her animosity towards men known on streams (being a dumb, used up whore will do that). Flipping her would be easy. Having been beat up by her ex, all April would have to do is suggest is Aaron physically abused her. No surprise there, even a retarded non practicing attorney could manage that.

I'm more curious about her and Geno's history with April prior to the polycule. Keanwho's often endorsed swinging on Simpcast ('I've had threesomes, teehee'), and Geno's a coke fiend. Is her rapid turn around, all for a person she only met a couple times, qovering a salacious involvement with April?

They are actively targeting another streamer. We can just wait for the best of compilation of pedo jokes. I would be really surprised if no legal action were upcoming against Melton to force him to stfu.

Karl has been having Melton on for a while, as he’s in the “Z-list” podcast tier that he usually takes guests from. He’s also been baldo washing for Nick, as he only mentions Nick’s cringe and funny moments when someone else brings it up, while deliberately highlighting Aaron’s shitty streams. Aaron doesn’t work as a “stuttering John” type cow because it’s the same boring show over and over again, and his coverage is of shit he either doesn’t know shit about or has personal biases towards (like the leathery hoe Keanu and her old sugar daddy Geno, despite his fan base finding them annoying as shit).

She has her bestie Chrissie Mayr, who lives really close to her in Westchester. I don't know when they became friends but Keanwho wormed her way on to Simpcast as a regular years ago, and it's been downhill for Chrissie ever since. Their inevitable falling out is going to be tremendous.
