They will refuse to recognize the validity of any Trump victory (landslide or not). They'll parallel exactly what was said in 2020 about Biden's (s)election, using the buzzwords they've been preparing in the armory for a decade now (voter suppression being number one.) Harris will refuse to concede and will carry on as if she is President, and we'll be thrown into Civil War.

Bonus: The Judge, who was apparently the Sherriff's friend, was caught raping the Sherriff's underage daughter. So the Sherriff went into the guy's courtroom, confronted him, confirmed it happened, and shot him dead on the spot. He won't spend a day in prison.

There's a reason they're so afraid of him they'll resort to assassination. There's likely enough evidence to convict a lot of government officials of high crimes.

Treason will be a stretch. It will be a difficult case to make they made war on the United States. There's plenty of people who will get autistic about whether it really counts as a war if there isn't a formal declaration, complete with soldiers, tanks, planes and bombs.

Everything less than that, be it dereliction of duty, conspiracy to commit murder, or something else, will be on the table, depending on which officials turned out to do what.

To clarify, is it illegal for the FBI to do the taping or for anyone to tape an FBI conversation? The former sounds like the FBI got smacked down for selectively editing taped conversations to produce false evidence, the former sounds someone wanted to be sure a fed could never be proven to perjure himself. If the latter were true, I wonder why the agents in the video earlier in the thread didn't threaten they might arrest him for illegal recording.

Do you have the source for this, whether some federal statute or publicly published FBI policy?

Considering he wasn't treated after returning the US after the DPRK literally brought him to an airport in China and threw him on an civilian flight back to China USA, probably DPRK gave so little of a fuck they didn't torture him too badly (They probably realized he had nothing of value).
