Yeah, I was honestly surprised how quick Kiwis were to give Nick the benefit of the doubt that "the kids are back". Is there any confirmation from anybody who isn't a Balldowasher? Was there a MNPublicRecords post showing they were returned that I missed? Confirmation from at least somebody like Steeltoe who isn't that reliable, but probably knows a person or two in common with Nick?

I say this as Nick is the one of the biggest fucking liars and dissemblers I've ever seen. He could easily spin "the kids came by for an hour to pick up their clothes while under CPS supervision" as "the kids have been returned to the home". I can hear him now... "well, akshully, technically, they did indeed return to the home... why don't you look up the definition of the word return, you retarded faggot!"
I believe most people are reading through the lines that "the kids are back" means they're back in a limited capacity and under supervision. I haven't seen anyone take his bait and believe him uncritically.

Lawyers do magic tricks... someone needs to put Nick on this pic, please.

Okay:

I added/changed a few things. Could have done more, but stopped myself before getting too carried away.

X to doubt that Nick does 5-7 drug tests a week. Nick paid for the unconditional bond, so all those tests are for DCFS. Meaning the state of Minnesota pays for the tests, not Nick. Most states have some kind of randomized system where higher risk people get called up more and then, after a time, they are tested less frequently. Nick has told us he’s not even been diagnosed with substance abuse disorder! If this is true, the state isn’t going to foot the bill on almost daily testing. Unless Nick has been lying. Either way, the taxpayers in the state of Minnesota are the ones eating it on the DCFS costs, so they should be added as victims to Nick’s victimless crimes.
This isn’t Nick’s fault though, it’s the stupid government for making so many dumb laws. Like the law where an e-celeb under a lot of stress from driving his damn children to & from their late night activities isn’t supposed to hoover mountains of cocaine up his nose nor dose his kid.

So the only time that Nick missed out on one of his kids events, was when Nick got arrested?

Hmm… if only Nick could have done something to prevent that.

Like maybe not getting arrested? I dunno, I’m just spitballing here. I’m not a sharp lawyer.

It would also be a very Nick thing to do, to remind everyone (including the kids) that he WAS at ann event. Totally ignoring what STATE he was in at the event.

Kids want you to show up, sure. But not if you’re asleep cause you been up all night drinking and balldoing April. They don’t to see you run to the bathroom for another line every ten minutes, or sit and ogle their friends mom. And they definitely don’t want people to whisper when their dad enters or shake their heads sadly, because the whole school knows what’s up.

Can you imagine being 10 or 13 or 15, and going to a school where EVERYONE knows your dad’s a drunk who’s fucking your “nanny”, and getting cucked. Where everyone has seen your mom’s ass and knows that she’s been fucking some other dude?

Now you've done it. He's going to open one on stream now.
He already did after we called it after the first locals coward stream after coming back. So the second or third one of those. I think he did a switcheroo, giving how he was still eye-fucking the camera every time he took a swig of coke or some gay energy drink.

I've never had to take a court mandated drug test so I wouldn't know, is Nick being tested for alcohol, or just illicit substances?

Is there any proof he is taking piss tests at all? He's lied about so much already, I could see him making up the piss test story and even going to recovery in general.
All the CPS stuff from mid-June on, we just have Nick's word, which is worth less than a tranny's. For that matter, we don't even know the kids are back, again just taking Nick at his word. Presumably he wouldn't have the drug monitor if there wasn't some progress in the CPS case.

Most of the arm tests apparently don't sweat test for booze, and it passes the system quickly. As others have said, there are ways to mitigate testing hot for alcohol as well, apparently to mixed results. Nick's own actions, on-stream, show a man not serious about anything, much less getting straight.

Nick copesplaining rehab and how he was the only non-addict there and they totally told him he doesn't have substance abuse issues and he's totally fine and not like those meth addicts blahblahblah was so embarrassing. He really made it obvious he is still a junkie who thinks he is deceiving everyone around him. He seemed drunk in that clip too.

Nick arrived at day one and introduced himself to the group: "Hi my name is Nick Rakieta, that is R A K I E T A and it sounds nothing like Crack, just to be clear. I'm not an addict, but I have to be here because of corrupt judges and CPS caseworkers"

"Hiiii Niiiiick"

Why would he be in recovery, when he's never done drugs in his life and the cops planted them? Plus he's never told a lie in his life.
He just finds it all so fascinating.
I suspect a diagnosis of "substance use disorder" will make him a pariah for primary care physicians prescribing controlled substance. Whatever drugs he's getting might disappear if that diagnosis is made at rehab.
This. 100% this. It’s hard to get the right Rx from your PCP when you’re also a druggy legally, on paper. Iirc, Dr’s have a database for controlled substances, (it’s a federal operation, because a handful of addicts can & have ruined shit for normal people, but that’s besides the point of what’s pertaining to Nick in this case.) Point being, his number is up & his official diagnosis is his last hope to continue getting the good stuff from the family physician. They probably already monitored this cuckold sonavabitch & Nick isn’t fooling anyone.
Forget case law or legal documents, Nick is poring through eldritch tomes for words of power to magically win his case. :story:
Eldritch Arcane Balldo Magicks.PNG
All day, every day, Nick hunts through vast tomes, searching through arcane magicks in search of some eldritch balldo spell to make all his hurt & pain disappear with the right combination of sigils, ritual, & words.

How can you even tell that he seems drunk? He's like that all the time.

It's entirely possible, wasn't he eating almost nothing everyday while constantly drinking? On Kino Casino PPP said that he was eating just a mini Hershey's bar, IIRC. It mirrors how Aydin Paladin got holes in her brain, and she even warned him about that, apparently in february.
Yes. He was eating a tiny amount of junk food (like a single chocolate bar and a small bag of Doritos) and then around 2-4am would eat ramen, or pre-boiled eggs, or similar during his post-stream Locals streams. And that would be his calories (plus the alcohol)

His friend Camelot revealed that Nick had told him the best diet was to do tons of coke and then eat ramen at 3am, which mirrored what he actually did on those streams.

@Strix454 tracked what Rekieta said over the past year or two about his weight and concluded he ended up losing about 53 pounds.

Nick decided at some point that at 6'2/6'3 and 201 pounds that he was massively overweight and that he needed to re-gain his college weight of around 155 pounds. Nick did the science on weight loss and getting into shape and concluded that the way you lose weight is just not to eat. He seemed to be eating a diet where most of his calories came from small amounts of junk food and large amounts of alcohol.

Nick proceeded through his diet to go from 201 pounds down to 155 pounds. But rather than losing body fat - which he didn't have much to begin with - Nick seemed to have lost a significant portion of his adult muscle mass. Then Nick got mysteriously ill with what he claims was a fever of 107 degrees. He didn't go to the doctor, but the illness caused him to lose around 10 more pounds over a few days pushing his weight down into the mid 140s.

Basically you have somewhere between a year and two years of eating close to no nutritious foods, alcoholism, drug abuse
(excluding alcohol but including Provigil which was prescribed, there were about 6 drugs he mentioned using in the past 2 years or were found in his home), sleep deprivation from "partying" all night, etc.

It's hard to recover from that. Especially when the person insists there's nothing they need to recover from at all.

The rehab group is going to look like heaven's gate once crackets starts subjecting them to his stand up

Nick's completely free of addiction, he just really enjoys whiskey and will start drinking it the second he's legally allowed to because he needs it

Wow, jeez. A piss test every single day. That's really believable. I hope Rackets doesn't post some kind of receipt or evidance of him taking these tests for a whole week, that would be really funny. And weird.
When I was working for the foster care system in my state, the most I saw someone tested was 3x a week. This is in a red state, where drug use is highly frowned upon. For a blue state to be stricter on that than a red, I find that hard to believe.

That said. Maybe there is a stipulation that he has to pass a piss test to see the kids? That doesn't seem too far fetched to me. Plus, do we know the living arrangements for the kids as a fact? Like, if he can only see them for a day, or certain kids on certain days, and then has to return them to Grandma and Grandpa Rackets, I could see him going in every day to test so that he can pretend he is a good dad who wants to see his kids. Just speculating here.

Aydin hit rock bottom and seems to be recovering

Nick hit what most people would consider rock bottom (had his kids taken away, became the laughing stock of the Internet), but continues indignantly digging to own the incel prudes on kiwi farms and YouTube

Pour yourself a tall glass of whiskey and dig away, Nick
Nick is so narcissistic that he probably believes alcohol can't harm him. He alone has a special relationship with alcohol, lesser humans get addicted, they can't handle their drink, their lives come down around them. Nick on the other hand has tamed the beast like no one else could, he can totally handle his liquor, he can stop anytime he wants, alcohol has only improved his life in fact! If this weren't true then it would mean Nicky is wrong about something, and he's NEVER wrong about anything

He seemed drunk in that clip too.
Personally I’m 50/50 on whether Nick is still using. His sperging on Twitter and drunk spelling certainly implies it.
It doesn't have to be alcohol. An addict with a love for loopholes like Rekieta would see an order like "take no medication except prescribed" as a challenge to get prescribed what he wants, or something that wouldn't appear on a drug test.

One possibility that wouldn't surprise me at all: Kayla also confirmed using kratom as early as 2019, which is a drug which may or may not appear on a drug testing panel. In late 2022, Nick admitted that he "tried Kratom a couple times and I was like, "I hate it'", but he said similar things about coke a couple weeks/months before that. I'll clip that later maybe.

A less likely possibility would be that he pulled a Ralphamale and managed to talk himself into a prescription for a depressant drug after he started getting tested for alcohol. According to Aaron, Kayla has a benzo prescription for anxiety. Would Nick look at that and say "Hey, I could claim anxiety too?"

As for the upper side of drugs, Rekieta is already prescribed Provigil, and he's already said on his show that he views the effects of Provigil to him as similar to coke.

That said, it might remain a mystery unless Sean or Leeeee-gull Mindset take one for the team and do a stream with Nick in order to shake a pill bottle to figure out if it causes a Rage Twig outburst.

(excluding alcohol but including Provigil which was prescribed, there were about 6 drugs he mentioned using in the past 2 years or were found in his home)
I wasn't aware until writing this post that Nick had admitted using kratom himself, and therefore didn't include kratom in the 6.

It's up to at least 7.

The important thing to remember is Nick has NOT been diagnosed with substance abuse disorder.

Being a person who was NOT diagnosed with a substance abuse disorder to NOT rehab and being forced to interact with people he views as below him caused a narc injury. It's very obvious. He spent most of the stream coping about it.
