Idk if it's been mentioned yet, but Keanu being impressionable and a big fan of both NLO and Win by 2 (even before she met Aaron and April), should be taken into consideration here as well. Keanu was notoriously in both chats all the time, would call-in occasionally, and she would even defend Aaron when she was still on STMS.

Leading up to her turning on Aaron, both shows were shitting on her hard, stating she was being manipulated by Aaron and constantly calling her a dumb bitch.

I just looks a little closer on her sea lion picture. Are those two cutter lines on her upper left leg? Or is that a burn mark from something like a hot baking sheet?

I tried searching through all of the rest of her pics for signs of cutting. The arms are blurred out a lot, and the rest of the pictures are not close enough to catch cut marks. One picture showed what could be either stretch marks on the right lower stomach, or cut marks. Resolution is too poor to tell.

I tried to do a through search, but it was painful. I need eye bleach and I now loath all albino sea mammals.

She is thin, vaguely well groomed, but her personality is fake, revolting and genuinely disgusting. She is annoying as fuck and is in a generation of women who have been told they are smart/perfect/funny/intelligent regardless of the fact that they are dumb as a box of rocks. Revenge porn applies to intimate photos that are shared privately. OF content is publicly distributed (for a fee), so the "revenge porn" law wouldn't be applicable. When something is publicly distributed, the legal framework that applies to re-sharing it without permission is that of copyright and fair use.

If anyone could have sent $5 via Cash App to get an invite to the Balldoverse Signal chat, then I don't think revenge porn would apply when stuff leaked (and if anyone could have paid $5 to get in, stuff would have leaked), but they had personally chosen who was invited to the chat, presumably based upon all of the participants trusting that the chat was private.

If they can recover the photo attached to the message from either of their cell carriers, or a forensic dump from either of their phones (which may have already happened), then it's pretty much open and shut. Even if he gets cold feet and refuses to testify about receiving the photo, they wouldn't necessarily need to call him to testify if he already gave them a forensic dump of his phone. If they've got a forensic dump from either phone, they'd just need some forensic investigator to say whose phone it was, they performed a forensic dump and analysis according to industry standards, and they recovered the photo and confirmed that the photo that was sent/received was a photo of KR's tits.

They're not on even footing... his feet are in front of hers, and his head is behind hers. He's leaning away from the camera, and/or she's leaning toward it. That forced perspective is going to exaggerate her height relative to his. That being said, I can't see him being much more than a few inches taller than her.
