In regards to another Trump vs. Harris debate happening ...

The fact that Kamala's campaign is practically begging for another one proves that she's in trouble. The "bump" she got from the first debate seems to be nothing more than a manufactured mirage, and her "town hall" with Oprah was a disaster. That's impressive, considering Oprah almost literally had to hold her hand throughout the entire thing, trying her damndest to get Kamala to actually somewhat ANSWER a question.

Trump should decline the next debate altogether, because it clearly hurts HER if he doesn't agree to it. If she really wants to get her message out there, then she should do more interviews and town halls ... But we all know that she can't.

She needs another debate with Trump to hammer in the "Orange Man Bad" narrative, because lawd knows that she doesn't have any more options at this point since she won't talk jack shit about policy and can't talk jack shit about being in the Biden Administration.

Watching the clips from the debate again, and then watching the Oprah "town hall," I am unironically believing the alcoholism rumors. The ABC moderators tried as hard as they could to guide Kamala to answer some policy questions, and Oprah was basically answering FOR her after seeing her stifling a cringe after one of Kamala's word salad answers.

The woman just spews nonsense. Every single fucking "answer" she gives to a question is a fucking filibuster. lol. It's like watching the first episode of Parks and Rec over and over and over again, except less funny because it's real life.

/r/CanadaHousing2 is a subreddit where angry Leafs complain about Indian migrants. Apparently, the Indians are to Canada as to what the Haitians are to Ohio, a bunch of unskilled freeloaders that are taking all the resources, overburdening social services, upping the crime, and causing rent prices to go sky high. I'm surprised the subreddit isn't banned yet, seeing as they openly complain about Indians being lazy pieces of shit.

The debate from almost 2 weeks ago was one of the most annoying things I've ever watched. Felt like a waste of time.

"Orange Man this" and "Orange Man that" ... J6, the Proud Boys, "suckers and losers," "bloodbath," etc ... It's just a broken record at this point ... Does America REALLY need to watch another one of these? Because we all know that these are the things that are going to be brought up if another debate happens.

I don't see how another debate benefits Kamala significantly either, if I'm going to be honest, especially if the potential next debate looks like the ABC one. The debate gave the American voters ZERO insight to her policies. The focus was ALL on how much of a meanie pants Trump is, ad nauseum.

Im curious how directly calling out the moderators would go and Vance seems like he would do it.

I can totally see Vance calling the moderators right there, saying he's ashamed of them, and fact-checking them live. He's quick on his feet and seems to always be prepared when speaking. I really can't think of a scenario where Walz wins, even if he is as cuddled as Kamala was.

Well any Republican would be at best a long shot against well-connected Tim Kaine (Lt. Gov, Gov., 2x and incumbent Senator); Cao losing wouldn't indicate anti-Vietnamese sentiment and more that it's exceedingly hard to win Senate races in Virginia.
The last competitive VA Senate race was the Warner-Gillespie race in the GOP wave year of 2014, usually the Dems win by near/above double-digit margin. Cao would be best served trying to replicate literally the only statewide R win in recent memory in Youngkin 2021, but barring Trump pulling off a yuuge red wave, he'll probably lose by high-single digit margins (7-8 pts).

I legitimately do not see an outcome where Vance doesn't utterly destroy him in a debate, even when the moderators jump in to help Walz.

The stolen valor stuff is more than enough to ruin Walz in a debate alone. And the abortion stuff? Walz signed some of the most extreme pro-abortion and anti-mother laws in the entire country ... All Vance has to do is to point out what Walz stands and SIGNS FOR for when it comes to abortion, and it will make a lot of moderates and normies wake the fuck up. Walz is NOT the guy you want to defend on stage when "fact checking (aka lying and misleading)" about late term abortions or infanticide.

The literal best case scenario for Walz in the VP debate is that the moderators make the debate all about meanie pants Trump all over again and force Vance to defend it. And even then, I think that Vance is quick-witted and politically savvy enough to point out what the moderators are doing.
