Do we change the thread title from "non-practicing lawyer" to "disgraced non-practicing lawyer" yet or do we wait until he pleads guilty to the drugs and child-endangerment charges and admits his guilt in open court?

You can also get there with a frequentist approach by just outlining every single possible outcome for both approaches and then counting them.
