Oh dear.
I really feel bad for his mom. I know a bit about the Swedish psychiatric/healthcare system, and there is zero doubt in my mind that he's probably been in therapy and all sorts of occupational programs since he was a kid (because almost all healthcare is free up until age 1

. He's just the kind of autist who also has the bad combination of no filter and no empathy. I don't think any normal parent can fix someone who doesn't understand consequences.
As I mentioned upthread, dude has a shit-ton of options when it comes to getting his life together. But I only read English links because I don't speak/read Swedish.
All he has to do is change his name and stay off the fucking internet, and take his ass to the unemployment office.
It's free to change your first and middle name once through the tax authority, so long as you keep one of them. So, if my name was Sven Erik Mortensson, I could change my name to Hans Sven or Erik Hans for free and then mark "Hans" as my "use name" or the one that gets put on my post. A total name change is much more expensive;
if you want to completely change your name it's like 400 USD.
And ffs, don't post where you live on the internet. Sweden is so transparent with addresses that if you post your name, city and age and your name isn't Johan Andersson, you will be found within 5 minutes.
Or he can try the

route. I'd rather he stay as far away from people as possible.
