What he'd do if he was a real man is stream, down liquor like an actual alpha male, and throw down smackdowns on all the midgets who have been gnawing at his ankles.
He can't stream - or comment online at all - while negotiating his plea deal. That's the only explanation for going radio silent like this following his humiliating defeat in court.

Was such a trip for me to watch this entire thing unfold. I watched Rekieta pretty regularly around the Rittenhouse trial. The panels genuinely felt like some of the best coverage around. Stopped watching mostly randomly, I mostly just go through phases with channels and moved onto something else. Randomly I came back to check in just before the pill stream; couldn't fucking believe how rough this dude looked. What a disaster this guy is. I always knew he was an asshole, but holy shit, as this continues it's really pathetic.

They all had a special nickname, too. Aaron was The Pugilist (because he boxes & wont let anyone forget it) & April was Valkyrie (lord knows what crack they smoked for that to happen) & Nick was CHAOS (yes, seriously.) Kayla’s special qover girl name is still unknown, or Aaron wasn’t willing to say it, which is my read on the matter.
Upon research of the meaning of Valkyrie, @Pippa's Greasy KB they could be 7 . . . or they could be bigger bible thumpers than we thought. Spoilers for some of the "meanings." I'm going to go with the four of them however, are all just plain fucking Quierdos.

Nick will refuse it, of course, and when he inevitably gets convicted, he'll appeal.
He might even try to crowdfund it.
If he even thinks about crowdfunding it, THAT will be one of the biggest mistakes he'll ever make, but I agree . . . I wouldn't put it past him to crowdfund it.

Can GiveSendGo honestly allow funding for an appeal to a man "allegedly" caught with 26g of coke and whose child "allegedly" tested positive for coke? I checked GiveSendGo's terms of service for their "campaign violations," and the likelihood after reading appears to be slim to none. See spoiler.

Motion to formally request that "Barnes" be used as a verb

Examples: "Why did I put all of my eggs in one basket? I really Barnesed it up"

"That was my biggest error, going forward on a poorly thought out premise. I've made a real Barnes of myself"
The fact that Robert Bork's last name is in the dictionary, motion for Barnes to be used as a verb is granted.
A request will be made to Webster's Dictionary to be added in the year 2024, if not the year 2025.

Newsflash. Straight Men do not lick other men. Under any circumstances.
Or sleep in a bed with another man . . .
Or let another man fuck his wife . . .
Or wear belts from Hot Topic . . .

We get to tell you what to do.

And that's shut up. Just shut the fuck up. Just shut up, weakly, and let the authorities tell the real story, while you sit there silently.
THIS.
He can be a big shot and text his LawTube "friends" and be a big shot in their chats . . . but when it comes to turning on the camera, he can't. In the words of PPP: "He's cooked." Nick has become what he's always hated and made fun of the internet for: BEING A KEYBOARD WARRIOR. Boy how the turn tables have turned . . .

Unpopular opinion . . .
Nick shouldn't go to prison. Why? You know Nick will get caught again . . . and it will only be a matter of time.
THEN send his ass to prison. My thoughts in the spoiler . . .
Sending him to prison now will teach him nothing. If anything, it will make him even more angry. The fact that Nick has had zero remorse and shows not even an ounce of "hey guys, I kinda fucked up," you know he will get caught again. His "rehab" for which he was "undiagnosed" for meant nothing to him because he kept having to let us know he was "undiagnosed" for it and it was only "court mandated."

Not sending him to prison and let's say having him on probation will just be a slap on the wrist, which will be nothing to Nick. It won't be ROCK BOTTOM. From there, it will only be a matter of time before Nick fucks up again, but the difference will be the next go around, he'll be watched, under a microscope being on probation. The likelihood after of going to prison will be greater, and maybe then after getting his ass plowed by BUBBA, that will be his rock bottom and he'll finally get it. However, part of me thinks he will NEVER "get it" . . .

Fundraising for a legal appeal is not "illegal activity". What they mean is to use their service to fundraise for money that would then be used in a crime, not defend yourself in court after you already allegedly committed a crime.

There are plenty of crowdfunding services that have been used for legal cost in the past and just because someone might be guilty, does not mean raising money for legal funds is illegal.

What I guarantee you would happen though is that Nick would not write a proper disclaimer detailing the use of the funds and what would happen to leftovers and open himself up to a civil suit by donors. (Always write "leftover money will be donated to cause X" to cover your ass.

Right . . . many crowdfunds have been used for legal cases and appeals cases, but have there actually been crowdfunds used in criminal drug appeal cases? That I'm trying to find out.

But this is the part that got me . . . The RELATED TO grabs my attention. And what's related to his case?
  • Narcotics
  • Controlled substances
  • Ammunition/Firearms

Nothing you listed is a crime at this point, since Nick has not plead guilty and has not been convicted.
Legal defenses are always about something "illegal" or "damages" caused in some form through a criminal act.
By definition every legal case deals with "illegal things".

What their wording means is you cannot use the platform to fundraise for anything that would be used in the furtherance of a crime.
For example, buy a car to use for a bank robbery.
Buy a legal ingredient to cook meth.

They need to have that language in their TOS to insulated themselves from possible claims against the platform.

If Nick wants to fundraise for his legal expenses, which he should do because he is broke as a crack addicted unemployed houston suburb gingerbread nigger, then there is no reason why it would violate any TOS.

[EDIT] I think Nick should do a fundraiser because nothing screams "My career is over" than asking your paypigs for extra money while not even streaming for your locals subscribers. The ultimate act of shamelessness, therefore perfect for King Balldo.

Wait, should he really be doing that? Am I misremembering or hasn't Sean already described himself publicly as a potential witness in that case?

This sounds like a very poor choice of gambit for Rekieta

He should keep his phone out of the shower on this issue
Wanna know what'd be really funny and weird? If Monty asks the person who was on the stream when Nick decided to dare him to sue him as he called him a pedophile (who should probably be shot in the head) to be a potential witness in the defamation case. At least he's still on good terms with said person.

Wait. That person who was on the stream with Nick was LeEgULl MOINdSET? At least he didn't insinuate or outright claim said person was a pedophile too, right?

Oh wait, he did that shit too? Yikes.

I hope that doesn't come back to haunt him like...literally everything else.

(That's a lie, suffah Nick)

Oh boy all us incel prudes would be so owned if Nicky just streamed tonight. Even more owned if he did a drunkstream. If he plead not guilty and took his case to trial, oh boy, we'd be so owned Josh'd have to shut down the site.

Totally get how you feel, I used to watch his content a lot while playing Halo, once I beat the games I fell out of the habit. Tried to get back into watching him but he'd started to drift away from law and started descending into coomerism. Then suddenly the pill stream brought it all into perspective and I realized how fucked up he'd become.

That's a bitchmade line of thinking. Nick should fire up the stream and show us what a true Rekietamale looks like.
I'm pretty sure we know what a Rekietamale looks like. A cowering drunk bitch sitting in the cuck chair whose shriveled balls are shoved in a vise.

He's been totally owned and felted, and he is moving on from non-practicing lawyer to non-practicing streamer.

Alternatively the corner demon has revoked his streaming rights after his suicide baiting during the last stream.
Or, more embarrassingly, it's his parents who have grounded him and said he can't use the internet.
Sure would be hilarious if Nick decides to stream and he has his own "Bob walks in" moment.
