I’m with Sean on this in that Rekieta probably won’t face jail time. But Rekieta digging in at the Balldo bunker throwing all his money at it is what’s funny overall. He’s fighting 2 court cases at the same time and he’s basically screwed on both because of his retarded antics.
If he takes it to trial, he absolutely will see some sort of jail time. Not 25 years, but he will get spanked for it, regardless of him being a first time offender. The fact that his kid tested + for coke alone should throw that "first time offense" shit out the window. If he takes it to trial then he's unrepentant about what he's done which makes him a threat to his kids/family and he needs to see some prison bars to come by down to Earth. Honestly prison is probably the only way that he's gonna pull his head out of his ass without him going 6 feet under at this point.

Day 6 without Nick going apeshit on Twitter, he must be seething so hard.

The case against April is fascinating to me. I don't really understand why she's being prosecuted here. It's a lot of time and effort to secure what will turn out to be a minor misdemeanor for possession.
I personally think the prosecutor is looking at probation conditions that prevents them from associating with other convicted addicts. Prosecuting April is a way to keep her away from the kids. No more drug fueled polycule qover. After plea/conviction she'll have to move out.

Rekeita,

You live out your nightmares in a semi-controlled environment. That's at the root of cuckolds. You're a literal cuckold.

You can rationalize it how you want, but you're nothing short of pathetic for having this happen. If you love someone, you feel jealous when they cheat on you. It takes a lot of mental exercise to convince yourself otherwise.

You're pathetic and trying to tell the world how you're really not, and it's really nothing like you'd think, and you're actually very "red-pilled" (I.E. some degenerate fuck playing along with feminists), and you're not submissive at all... does nothing but show your insecurity.

Your wife cheated, you tried to rationalize it in being "empowering" and she doesn't give a shit.

CUCK.

and she really should be too. she was living in a house full of drugs, guns, and children, and there's lots of evidence to show that. my best guess is that nick, april, and kayla flat out lied to the cops about april just visiting at first and the cops bought it. once they learned about how deep the relationship is and that she really does live there, then of course she's on the hook for possession.

This isn't generally how it works though. Normally, the police are just looking for a conviction. A single conviction will do it -- it ticks the boxes. Generally, they'd have a suspect in mind (in this case, Nick) and they'd be looking to pin it on him. If Rekieta had coughed to it, I doubt that Kayla and April would have faced charges at all. And I don't think it's the lies. All drug addicts lie when the cops come. That's normal. They'd expect that.

They're mostly just guys doing a job. The job is the arrest and conviction. If they get that, they're happy. They don't care that April lives there or about the nature of their relationship. They don't care that Kayla and April have been using the coke. The streets are full of people who use drugs. If they really cared, they could stand on a street corner in any city and scoop people up by the thousands. They don't care and don't have the time and the resources even if they did. So it's got to be something more than April has used cocaine at some point in the past, therefore we need to see her convicted.

Also, it looks like a decision made by the DA rather than the police. Perhaps they're attempting to curry favour with Judge Pussy Liquor by going after the whole polycule?

That said, I imagine all this stuff varies widely by locality. Stuff nobody cares about in a major city is probably a big deal in Spicer, Minnesota?

Or maybe his practicing lawyers finally got it into his head to shut his retarded mouth.
There is pretty much 0% chance of that happening.
Nick is the most intelligent person in the room when he meets with his lawyers and he alone decides strategy and what gets filed.

The only way to get him to stay off the internet would be to physically remove the possibility by taking away his phone and computer, or removing him from the house with those devices.

Just look back at the train wreck this case has been for the past months. I bet you he has been telling all his relatives that "it will be fine, we can get the warrant tossed and the charges go away", and now they see he has been lying and gaslighting them. His house of cards is falling apart.

the police are just looking for a conviction.

Here, though, it's all about the kids. The only reason the state even cares about adults doing drugs in their own home is the presence of children. They aren't looking for a conviction as much as getting Nick and Kayla to care for their kids and protecting them against danger. Nick and Kayla keep fighting that.

"Your Honor we would like to have our Client put in jail for the duration of the trial so that he shuts the fuck up"

If it were anybody else, I'd agree with Sean.
But I have complete faith that Nick will get Wentzell to throw his whitebread nigga ass in jail.

You know losing his black best friend hurt Nick more than losing his kids did.

No proof of life guys I think he's dead.
Maybe he trashed his streaming setup in a fit of DENIED induced balldo rage. Including any device with twitter access lmao.
I'm kind of annoyed we might be missing out on the most magnificent drunken shit fit of all time. Nick you're letting down your biggest fans.

Presumably, if Nick had taken a plea right at the start, both Kayla and April would have gotten a pass? (That's how it'd work here in the UK anyway.) But I get the impression that the charges against April are really just an attempt to punish Nick for being an asshole, calling them liars, etc. etc.
I think someone in the thread said it earlier but when you have three adults in a house and find a felony amount of cocaine they go after all of them since the defense of “well it’s not *my* cocaine” could be used to pussyfoot and leave a jury muddled. So you charge them all and take it seriously so if one flips you’re not holding left holding the bag of coke with all of them free. In addition to that her credit cards were the ones covered in coke, not Nick’s which implies a closer connection to the cocaine than being let on in the eyes of the law, and at this point between her testimony, Nick and Kayla’s testimonies and the evidence… she’s a dirty liar. Cops and the court don’t like it when you lie to them or withhold information.

"Your Honor we would like to have our Client put in jail for the duration of the trial so that he shuts the fuck up"
Judge: "So protective custody to protect your client from himself?"
White: "Quite so your honor, have you heard of the Balldo?"
Judge: "Electric chair right away."

Oh no KiwiCouch lawyers, two more documents were uploaded in April's case and it looks dire indeed.

First discovery disclosure, with some relevant stuff, the second is boring and just procedural stuff so I will not put up pictures of it, but the pdf is attached if you want to read it anyway.

This is the discovery disclosure for her case and there are so many police reports. 1 Main and 13 supplemental reports written.
What really made me stop is that the box "Defendantt's Criminal History Record" has a checkmark.
Did we know April has a criminal record?

The bodycam footage and squad videos are in discovery, so @Null could give it a try and make a request through this case as well.

Lmao rekieta and Ralph really do both follow the rule of every W eventually being an L don’t they? Rackets really thought he had that footage locked up good but the smugness he showed with it is to be followed by another massive DENIAL of what he wants.

How much do you wanna bet that before the Judge dropped the Denied motion, Nick had a livestream lined up to gloat and give a speech on how he was winning this case. Reality must has invaded his mind for a split second if hes been this silent he's probably in some state of shock. He probably thought he's 100% getting that warrant thrown out because balldo is the greatest lawyer known to man and then poof your whole entire defence just collapsed and you might actually face the consequences of your actions. Whatever happens if he gets a slap on the wrist that trust fund money is going to dry up real fast.

If he was online I can only imagine the montograph lawsuit level of livestream we would have gotten from him.
