Based on her continued interactions with people who would have a MAJOR issue if she had pulled anything actually shady/malicious (Kirsche, Moonshine, etc), and the lack of fire from Phase or Yuri, this was likely just a contract dispute.
Fishman's position was that she was in breach
Yuri thought she wasn't
Fishman wanted some form of remediation per contract
Yuri refused/couldn't fulfill the terms
Fishman exercised the termination clause
You can Want To Know More, but both parties are more likely than not NDA'd/contract bound, and from a business perspective, it would be dumb to talk about it even if they weren't.

How so? I really like Shiina but I've kinda always seen her as being just really chill. A lot of life experience and hobbies she seems to share with chat. See, on one hand I agree with you. Storied career as a Vtuber, widely loved and with nothing to prove to anyone. If she hung up the Live2D, she'd well deserve her rest.

Usually camwhores are basically succubi that would appeal to you in the lowest fucking denominator in order to get your pennies. She honestly does have a somewhat endearing personality, which puts her in direct contrast to most other lewdtubers, she will have bursts of geniune autism for some topics and actually indulge in them without trying to shove in more sex into places that arent privy to it. This is a concern but if they would, they likely would have already done so as seen with the Yuko shitshow due to Gura's lack of streaming. Not to mention a lot of them only watch Gura and no one else.
