The Easy to Track Username Hall of Shame - Reading warning labels are for chumps.

I didn't as I stated before I don't know where it came from. I am and will continue to support cartoon images.
Ok lets break this down.

You don't know where the image came from. OK.

You then go on to say you will continue to support cartoon images. The image in question according to you was made with a 3D modeling program. A cartoon if you will. Do you see why nobody believes your stories?

your right, I had a fourth amendment group help me, I got the motion to suppress and it good...really good and I am going to sue the police, state and FBI.
Just give up already. No one will come to your defense. AI generated CSAM is already illegal and hated by the general public. You can’t win this battle, trust me.

From the motion to dismiss

"In this case, police obtained a search warrant for every electronic device in the home Daugherty shared with his parents. This warrant was based on a threat made on an internet message board without first establishing the post was made by Daugherty. After it became clear it was not Daugherty who made the threatening post, police handed off the devices to the FBI to conduct a search, despite having neither probable cause nor a valid warrant. Then, almost two years after this warrantless search uncovered suspected contraband, the FBI sought a second warrant that laundered the prior illegal acts of local police and the FBI by claiming that the contraband was found in plain view while executing a valid state warrant. These numerous constitutional and statutory violations require suppression."

No, they found the image after those charges were dropped and again without a warrant. I also want to point out the image was computer generated, NOT AI and computer generated is legal (Ashcroft v Free Speech Coalition (2002) and in Illinois People of the State of Illinois v Alexander (2003) for full disclosure I belong to a few groups that support the free speech coalition in their case before the US Supreme Court.
Oh, ok, cOmPuTeR gEnErAtEd. That changes everything. Again, why did you have it? And what didn't they find? Sicko.

it was image a boy doing an act. As I stated may times, I don't know where the image came from
Laaaaaaaaaahs. "Yuh, honuh, I don't know how CP got on my computer filled with realistic "cartoon" images of children performing sex acts, I swear! Framed again!"

Curious - do you have any idea about who would have impersonated you committing a Federal crime (the threat)? Or why?

the home Daugherty shared with his parents.
Of course.

became clear it was not Daugherty who made the threatening post
How was this established?

police handed off the devices to the FBI to conduct a search,
Gee, why'd they do that?

having neither probable cause
Has this contention been accepted?

suspected contraband
Nice (not) euphemism.

laundered
Disingenuous and conclusory language. Has this been established? Rhetorical.

Just stop posting and then stop breathing you chomo fuck.

I have read the motion to suppress/ dismiss again to see.
what was the act? If it was just a boy doing an act which contradicts your previous statement of it was just a girl doing an act then there'd be no issue as suspect as this already is, but the problem is that the cops got on your ass for this supposed boy doing an act description so it must be something CP related.

computer generated is legal
It is not legal if it is not easily distinguishable from a photo.
I have Daz3d on that computer that the police have; as well AutoDesk Maya a 4,000 dollar (that what I paid for it back in 2007) professional 3D software for creating realistic characters and blockbuster-worthy effects.
How strange that you have that and a Daz3d rendered image of child porn.

NO actually I arrest for a threat against a school. when the charges were dropped, and the warrant was quashed the police with the FBI decide to go through my computer illegally without a warrant. It was then (two to three weeks later after the charges and warrant was quashed) that they found a computer-generated image. The FBI went to get a second warrant which they waited 2 years after the warrant was quashed and the charges were dropped to get.
Feds found CP on your computer, pedophile. Feds can investigate suspects who spread CP, real or otherwise.

You can lie to yourself and try to lie to otherwise, please face the wall.
